“I am a local who works on the island, Giovanni's is the real deal. Best Hoagies around, on and off Sea Isle. I recommend the Old World Italian on a seeded roll, if you like sharp provolone and prosciutto. The owner and staff are amazing. You really can't go wrong ordering anything off their menu. Made to order and FRESH! Especially during the summer when the produce is Jersey Grown and I love that the owner gets his produce locally.”

“I always make it a point to stop by when I'm in Sea Isle. The slices are excellent made with top notch ingredients, and they don't skimp on toppings either. I usually go for their buffalo chicken, and riccotta slices, and I haven't found another place that even comes close. I've been coming here for years, and plan to for years to come.”

“Support this wonderful local small business with a hard-working leader! My husband and I were looking for a place to have a casual brunch with my full extended family the morning after our wedding. I wanted it to be in walking distance from where were staying. I was thrilled when I called a couple of months before and talked to Carly and she told me that we could have half the deck, with a tent and great brunch food -- it was ideal! It was exactly what we wanted -- easy and no fuss. In addition to the other great food items, here is a special shout out -- her breakfast sandwiches are delicious! The setting is great and the musicians are a bonus. Obviously she provided for us for a special occasion, but I would definitely eat here again!”

“I've known these hot dogs for about 4 years. Since then, whenever we go to the beach it has become a mandatory place ? We were always well attended, but the last time in particular I was able to witness the service of 2 younger boys and I left there delighted. Thank you for providing us with this hot dog delight and thank you for the service.”

“First time visitor to the Bright Spot but it will not be the last. Came in with a crew of 9 on a dreary December morning and it was like walking into sunshine. The owners/staff are warm and welcoming and the decor lives up to the restaurant’s name. A great breakfast fare menu with something for most everyone (NOTE: I didn’t look carefully for vegetarian or food sensitivity items). It’s got a kitchy comfy vibe and they source many of their products from well -known PA places reflecting the owner’s roots in the area. We’ll be back and thanks for the dose of good food and energy !”
