“The owners are cool! Best Bartenders on the island!! Food and spirits are slamming!!! Cold craft beer and wine on tap with ice water on the side. I sit down in my favorite spot at the bar with my special glass filled with gin and homemade tonic created by the mixologist on staff. My favorite sports are on TV while enjoying great conversations with the best customers around. So order a burger it's the best in town or enjoy the raw bar and fish on the menu. There are plenty of vegetarian dishes, steak, and pasta as well. Hope to see you soon! I will be there in my favorite chair with a G n T in hand!!!“

“This place has the BEST gluten free bagel I have ever had! It was recommended I get it toasted by the woman who took my order and I am so glad she suggested that!The staff is so kind and helpful!I also enjoyed the iced latte I got!It is huge inside so I imagine that seating can get filled quickly during the summer.(They also have normal bagels as well as gluten free)Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bagels are amazing! I've been coming here for years since being vegan and have brought many of my non-vegan friends and family members and they love it too! The owners and staff are very sweet and personable, the food and service never disappoint! My boyfriend has celiac disease so he's extremely sensitive to gluten and very cautious to trust places without a dedicated GF kitchen, but he's never had any issue eating here and the staff always takes care of us! “I first saw a post on FaceBook that was showcasing the Ube ice cream and I knew I had to go!! I love anything Ube and Pandan... gives me a feeling of home (and yes I'm Filipina) . I've always seen Kohrs ice cream when I'm visiting my husbands fam at Point Pleasant but never seen these flavors before, so i was intrigued! This location is completely different that the other ones... still a part of their family but they've ventured off with their own unique flavors. First off, customer service is top notch! I wanted to make sure they still had the Ube and Pandan flavor available for when i made the hour trip out. I messaged them on FB and they replied fairly quickly! So thank you for that!! Got confirmation and off I went! Well worth the drive! Ice cream flights are such a great idea! I mean for someone who wants to try a bunch before committing... these flights are for you! They always have new incoming flavors... you just wanna keep coming back! Wish you guys were closer.. wanna expand to Cherry Hill hehe?! Ohhh and they also have other food options including lumpia! “Detroit style pizza is hard to find in New Jersey. Try this place! The dough is light and airy even though it's thick. The cheese cooked on the outside is delicious. Only open 2 days a week currently and need to call ahead for ordering but it's worth it. Great quality and unique! We tried each of the current types offered : cheese, pepperoni, and burrata. Everyone had a different favorite but all were great!“

Highly recommend you try Old Causeway for dinner and drinks if you're staying at LBI because it beats most restaurants on the island and is the only thing I'll come back over the bridge for while staying at LBI.“

“My husband and I had dinner here for the first time in the summer of 2023 on a weeknight inside. We decided to give it a try due to the recommendation of our neighbors. I had the Lobster Grilled Cheese sandwich and Lobster Bisque Soup in a bread bowl upon recommendation of our neighbors again. Both items did not disappoint. Both items were super filling and tasty! If you order the soup in a bread bowl, be prepared to share. It becomes like an appetizer with all the soft bread in the bowl. Absolutely delicious. As for the atmosphere, we chose to sit inside. Watching the ocean and the boats at sunset gave it a perfect summerlike feel. We will be back based on our last experience this past summer.“

Centerpieces were exactly as I instructed it to be done on all the tables…a very pretty sheer beige table runner over white linen table cloths and gold flatware with small bouquets of mixed eucalyptus leaves and votive candles along with a variety of eucalyptus, orange ?and lavender towelettes for our family and guests….a very nice touch.As for the food…farm to table ? “We cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding experience at the Daymark! From start to finish Paul & Brian were responsive and collaborative. The vibe and looks of the upstairs party room were beautiful and set the stage for our Mediterranean garden party by the beach disco vibes, not that it needed additional decor but they did allow us to add our own DIY elements that only enhanced the space. The service, food, and drinks were delicious and so good! Paul and the rest of the Daymark staff were attentive and helpful from the day we inquired to the end of our wedding night, to picking up our decor the next day. Everything was just so easy and so well put together. We would 100% recommend the Daymark to anyone who is looking for a unique and colorful wedding space, with an amazing team and food. 10/10 experience and SO glad we had our ceremony (rain plan which had to be used) and reception there. They were collaborative and so helpful with each of our vendors. We truly can't wait to just come and eat the food and reminisce about our amazing day.“

“I’ve eaten here twice now. One time with a wait to sit, the other time we sat right away but both times the restaurant was packed. Be prepared to wait if you go here for dinner but I can’t stress enough how much it’s worth the wait. We’ve tried several items off of their menu now across the food spectrum, from pulled pork, to pizza, sushi, and burrata; everything here is phenomenal. Great atmosphere with live music. Like I said, the place is busy so if you’re looking to have a nice quiet dinner this isn’t the spot. No one leaves an empty plate here and if there happen to be leftovers, you’re taking them home. From someone who hates waiting to be seated at restaurants and would rather move on to the next place, I’d gladly wait over an hour here. Also regarding parking, plenty of street parking within a block so no issues.“

“We’ve been to Delaware Oyster House which is also good but the outdoor space here at a table outside (not the bar) is a good experience. We shared a seafood platter of broiled fish, shrimp and crab cake with fries and a dozen oysters both as shared snacks. It was HH so oysters were $1 and the draft margaritas were strong and wonderful! Pro Tip: bring your pickleball set and play a round on the adjacent block pre or post visit.“
