I've been coming here for years since being vegan and have brought many of my non-vegan friends and family members and they love it too! The owners and staff are very sweet and personable, the food and service never disappoint! My boyfriend has celiac disease so he's extremely sensitive to gluten and very cautious to trust places without a dedicated GF kitchen, but he's never had any issue eating here and the staff always takes care of us! Highly recommend you try Old Causeway for dinner and drinks if you're staying at LBI because it beats most restaurants on the island and is the only thing I'll come back over the bridge for while staying at LBI.“

“Great casual food uniquely prepared. A fair amt of choices of chicken or fish. Spicy or mild. Burgers are big and the servings of their other offerings are good sized. You won't leave hungry. They are somewhat pricy. Something to consider with a big group or family.“

Like I said, the food itself was fresh and fulfilling. I can’t believe we had two tacos leftover by the time we were both full. “My husband and I had dinner here for the first time in the summer of 2023 on a weeknight inside. We decided to give it a try due to the recommendation of our neighbors. I had the Lobster Grilled Cheese sandwich and Lobster Bisque Soup in a bread bowl upon recommendation of our neighbors again. Both items did not disappoint. Both items were super filling and tasty! If you order the soup in a bread bowl, be prepared to share. It becomes like an appetizer with all the soft bread in the bowl. Absolutely delicious. As for the atmosphere, we chose to sit inside. Watching the ocean and the boats at sunset gave it a perfect summerlike feel. We will be back based on our last experience this past summer.“

“What an amazing find. Went for take out before the Friday Fire Pit in Brant Beach. Our family ordered 2 “seasonal Salads” and one Asian mango salads. Wow, homemade dressing, the freshest of ingredients, and at a cost of $5. Less than anywhere on the island. We also ordered the amazing French fries and their house special grilled cheese with a slice of tomato. Yum and yum. Again at a bargain price. The staff and owner could not have been more accommodating. They could not do enough for us while we waited offering us water and a bench. Everyone was smiling, singing and so happy. We will definitely return tomorrow to try their breakfast and their dinner!“

“It has been many years since we have been to Olive Garden. Let me tell you the experience we had last night was awesome. We had a server who was brand new so she was a little off, but she was very good. The food was fantastic. Really had a good time and a good celebration.Kid-friendliness: There is a high emphasis on kids. When we arrived, we asked real quickly for a mac & cheese and a spaghetti dinner for the two little ones and that came right away along with orange juice and lemonade. Plus they had some crayons and something to color right off the bat.“

“The owners are cool! Best Bartenders on the island!! Food and spirits are slamming!!! Cold craft beer and wine on tap with ice water on the side. I sit down in my favorite spot at the bar with my special glass filled with gin and homemade tonic created by the mixologist on staff. My favorite sports are on TV while enjoying great conversations with the best customers around. So order a burger it's the best in town or enjoy the raw bar and fish on the menu. I asked the employee about it and he said it was some prototype auction thing that they got tried looking for it again online and couldn’t find it. I took it the time to look for it. “We cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding experience at the Daymark! From start to finish Paul & Brian were responsive and collaborative. The vibe and looks of the upstairs party room were beautiful and set the stage for our Mediterranean garden party by the beach disco vibes, not that it needed additional decor but they did allow us to add our own DIY elements that only enhanced the space. The service, food, and drinks were delicious and so good! Paul and the rest of the Daymark staff were attentive and helpful from the day we inquired to the end of our wedding night, to picking up our decor the next day. Everything was just so easy and so well put together. We would 100% recommend the Daymark to anyone who is looking for a unique and colorful wedding space, with an amazing team and food. 10/10 experience and SO glad we had our ceremony (rain plan which had to be used) and reception there. They were collaborative and so helpful with each of our vendors. We truly can't wait to just come and eat the food and reminisce about our amazing day.“

“I’ve eaten here twice now. One time with a wait to sit, the other time we sat right away but both times the restaurant was packed. Be prepared to wait if you go here for dinner but I can’t stress enough how much it’s worth the wait. We’ve tried several items off of their menu now across the food spectrum, from pulled pork, to pizza, sushi, and burrata; everything here is phenomenal. Great atmosphere with live music. Like I said, the place is busy so if you’re looking to have a nice quiet dinner this isn’t the spot. No one leaves an empty plate here and if there happen to be leftovers, you’re taking them home. From someone who hates waiting to be seated at restaurants and would rather move on to the next place, I’d gladly wait over an hour here. Also regarding parking, plenty of street parking within a block so no issues.“

“We’ve been to Delaware Oyster House which is also good but the outdoor space here at a table outside (not the bar) is a good experience. We shared a seafood platter of broiled fish, shrimp and crab cake with fries and a dozen oysters both as shared snacks. It was HH so oysters were $1 and the draft margaritas were strong and wonderful! Pro Tip: bring your pickleball set and play a round on the adjacent block pre or post visit.“
