“Great experience was my first time at an 'unlimited' sushi like experience. Ambiance was calm and welcoming upon entering and while seated. Waiter gave us a appetizer and a separate sushi menu. On these you start marking which you want and how many. Everything from the udon soup to the special sushi rolls were amazing! Favorite was the only fried roll (which they should add more fried toll option). The concept made sense to me for about $35pp you get to get as many apps and 'entree' as you choose do keep in mind that the restaurant has a policy for excessive amount of left over food you will be up charged! So don't eat with your eyes and each person has to participate. Would love to go back and would recommend.“

I loved the kaga milk punch, shishitorita and the unami in kenmare.Dishes are a fusion of Japanese flavors in Italian style dishes, such as the sticky rice arancini served on a Japanese curry sauce. “Let me start off by saying, if you want to complain about prices, don't even walk in the door. To get the optimal experience at any restaurant, you have to pay to play. So expect to spend about $70-100 per person here, this is a spot you take someone on a knock-it-out-of-the-park date or group gathering, you can't be a cheapskate. Now, to the food. Vietnamese BBQ is an intimate experience. Order the 7 course beef so you can try everything while the staff explains and helps you cook your meat. The electric grills are of the highest quality, the same ones they use at high-end Japanese yakiniku places, so the smoky taste on your cooked beef will be perfect. If you want to order a la carte, I highly recommend the Tomahawk, Madame Prawns and Charred Uni. Like I said, this is a place where you share your meal with friends and family so all the food is portioned that way.“

“Everything was beautifully done. The hamachi stole the show -- it was one of the best bites I've had in my life, just perfectly balanced. The snow crab pasta was close behind it. It was so flavorful and completely different from any other pasta dish I've had. The sangria was also a twist on something done frequently that made you take an extra second to think about it. “I had a huge craving for taro boba and around me there’s only really Thai iced tea. Quick little search and it led me to this cute cozy hole in a wall. I called ahead to make my drink as I was heading there. Ray was more than willing and able to do so. Such a great sport and great energy all around. Great service and he made my taro exactly how I like it: not too sweet. They have mango potions for milk which I loved, it’s not just milk powder like other Thai places do for their teas. Dairy free options, too! I’ll definitely come back to try their food which looked authentic and delicious via their Instagram business page. Cute little gem around the neighborhood.“

Also started with the rainbow soup dumplings each individual dumplings had its own unique ingredient inside which made it interesting to see what you get . For entrees we did the pineapple rice with chicken. I also had an item that wasn't even on the menu but the beef was great nice spices to it very traditional tasting dish drank a lychee martini also which hit the spot for happy hour highly recommend this place for a dine in or quick bite . “We had a wonderful event at For U, the food is absolutely delicious, I keep thinking about the cucumber salad it’s so crunchy and tastes so good, the sesame noodles are flavorful and so good, delicate and delicious version of that dish, the best I have ever had. And the Peking duck is divine. It’s a wonderful place for a party, they work with you to make it really special. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the space is warm and beautiful. “Went to this sushi bar with a few friends yesterday after finishing up at nearby Vessel Floats. We were excited to check it out as it had been on our lists to try for a few months now. The restaurant is fairly new, just over a year old, and you can tell how much the staff really cherish each customer. We were greeted immediately by a very personable server who let us choose our seats and quickly engaged us in some light conversation. As we sat down all of us were struck by the beautiful decor inside. The bar area had this stunning gold metal background and there were plants everywhere! Even the light fixtures were unique with gold oddly shaped bulbs hanging from the ceiling.Now to the food! I, as a non-seafood eater, ended up ordering the miso soup and tonkatsu. The miso soup felt like a warm hug and the tonkatsu was flavorful but just a little tough. My friends ended up ordering the miso soup as well, a seafood bisque which I heard was delicious, and an assortment of sushi rolls and oysters. I heard no complaints and in fact, everyone left full and happy. We also ordered a bottle of the yuzu sake which was dangerous!! Sweet and tasty :) Would absolutely come again!“

After disputing with staff and management that the deal on the website ends at the end of the month, they had adjusted their online menus to provide the sampler option to order. I did get the sampler without having to spend extra. Portions were generous and fresh. I ate half and took the other half home for the family. The ambiance was designed for locals living in the area, not so much for outsiders like me. I saw that Kuku has other locations, so I may check those out.“
