“Nicest most genuine people. Beautiful traditional Italian bakery, and unbeatable desserts/fresh mozzarella! My husband and I recently moved from Hoboken (which loves to brag about their mozzarella and bakeries) to Hackensack and we’ve been looking for a spot that has it all, and finally found it! We came in right before closing on Easter and not only were we welcomed, but were graciously given some mozzarella to try and some cookies to give out to the local hospital staff. Amazing people, we will be back!”

“The roast beef sandwich was great! I ordered onion rings it was great too just a bit overpriced for 5 onion rings. The lady seemed a bit moody but I won't rate your business off of a worker I'll rate it base off the quality of food. Everyone is going through stuff so don't want the business to get a bad rating because of someone who works there. Will return!”

“The food was delicious. Rarely do we find a place that makes Dominican food the right way. Compliments to the chef (La doña in the back, probably una abuela ya) the Mofongo was on point, not too dry mot drowning in garlic or sauce. Didnt feel like somone was trying to cover up bad coocking with salt.The whole family loved their dishes. The Juice could use some work but I would still recommend this place and will definitely be coming back here.I suggest you give it try if you are ever in the mood for some good Dominican Food ??La comida estaba muy buena. The best option it’s all you can eat ($27.5 week days) all the dishes are incredible, especially the crab sushi ? perfect friends or family spot, you can bring your own wine and no one has problem with that. All the staff are so friendly and they want to make you feel important and special. “Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.”

And we had some noodle dish and added the hanger steak. Again delicious. Staff was so friendly and all busting their butts. Really nice to see them working as a team!”

“Wow. I found this by searching for food nearby to the comedy cellar, and man did google nail it.I was sitting near the bar having a drink looking over the menu before I could actually get a seat. The staff were absolute legends, and we had a good conversation.Met a lady while she was waiting on her friend to show up. We sat down and chatted the whole time. She recommended the Filet, and I got it.Noticed there were Pommes Aligot on the menu and had to have it. I’ve only had this once in my life and had made it myself. It’s a PITA. It was delicious and I highly recommend this as your side.”

The dolsot comes w a beautiful uni creme combined with the crispy bits of rice and textural experience of the fish roe was amazing.The Spicy monk fish had ~4 to 5 small pieces coated with smokey/spicy sauce and some veggies mixed w rice was a great combo.I personally judge a place on how crispy the seafood pancakes are and this was CRISPY. Definately would get again, it was also full of big chunks of seafood which is always a plus.The duck bulgogi was the least memoriable. It had the texture of duck but mainly just tastes like regular bulgogi.Corn creme brulee was sweet but overly sweet with a minimal corn flavor and some corn bits at the bottom.Service:9/10The waitress helping us get seatted for our rsvp were accomodating with grtting a seat closer to the wall vs the aisle.Our waiter was informative and had great sense when asking if we wanted to take any pictures/videos before mixing the Al bap for us.Also advising both of us to get two dishes before we ordered was helpful.Before peak hours, the atmosphere was pleasant. But, the tables are very close together and when its packed during peak hours it can be challenging speaking to one another due to the level of noise/conversation.”

We got the whole room to ourselves as we were eating at 5pm on a Monday but some of the best food we have had in New York. The sashimi was a knock out and cannot wait to go back. The best dish was by FAR the lamb kofta and the waiter was so good to tell us to only get one ie not add another lamb kofta ball so we had one each”
