“Service was a little bit on and off, had to flag people over to get more water and service. Food itself was actually quite good, pretty authentic according to the Chinese folks I was sitting down and eating with. The food can be spicy, so make sure you're prepared for that. Half a Peking duck was excellent, and the steam fish Chongqing style people liked (if you like spicy). I would skip the fried milk dessert as I've had better elsewhere.“
“Aozora is a lovely fusion restaurant in Montclair. The decor is simple and clean. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The Tuna Tataki Roll and the Aozora Roll were yummy. But be sure to order the cod with sautéed veggies was perfect and light. The crème brûlée cheesecake was amazing!“
“I had a lovely lunch. I started with the pork gyoza. They were 10 stars❤️ We also tried the Montclair roll and California roll. Both were fresh and delicious. The hot green tea and miso soup were also perfect! Attentive service was a bonus.“

“This place was so cozy and lovely, with such tasty food and delightful service! It was so kind of the owner to give us so many free samples with our food! We ordered the (very well priced) sushi combos, which were two special rolls with miso soup (and I got a boba and some kani salad) and it was delicious. The owner also gave us a pot of green tea, veggie gyoza, the house salad, and some blueberries at the end. She came over often to ask how we were doing. We ended up with leftovers because there was so much food. It was also a very cute atmosphere with doodles from the customers all over the walls. I would definitely come back!Vegetarian options: There seemed to be at least one vegetarian option in all the sections.Parking: It was relatively quiet when we went so the lot might fill up if there are more customers but I had no problems.Kid-friendliness: There were markers, notepads and a sheet to doodle on, if any customers came with kids. I didn’t but I doodled anyway lol.“

The staff very welcoming, helpful, and professional.This is farm to table restaurant The food was high quality, freshly prepared but came out in a timely fashion. The grilled whole Bronzino and the pork skewers really went above and beyond for the little touches that might get overlooked show a real pride in their food and service.The owner definitely went above and beyond to make a great experience even better. “Every single dish was so unique, flavorful, filling and exceeded our expectation. Our favorites were the soft shell grab sandwich CEC sandwich and the thick cut bacon dish. The service was also great for how busy they were at closing time. They even gave us free chicken for our wait. Will definitely be back here soon!!“

“This place was pretty good, service was not so good. My husband ordered fried milk fish but we ended up finishing the meal without the fish. We ended up cancelling it since we never got it. We also ordered sweet and sour pampano and oxtail sinigang. Both were good but the oxtail sinigang had 1 big oxtail, and 3 small ones. I DONT THINKIT WAS WORTH $28, not worth the price.“
“My sister and I decided last minute to go out to dinner and we landed at Toro Sushi. I actually used Google assistant to call the restaurant for me and reserve a table 15 minutes before our arrival. Toro was half full when we arrived at 7pm on a Saturday but, by 8pm it was full so, our timing was perfect. Everything we ordered was excellent... edamame, tuna avocado salad, Congo roll, New York roll, tuna roll and salmon roll. Service was wonderful. We weren't rushed and food came out quickly. I'm definitely bringing my husband here the next time we visit my sister.“
