“I'll say this about one restaurant, and one restaurant only...This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE restaurant! Moreover, this is my daughter's and wife's favorite too, which is astounding, since none of us agree on anything ever!Ethiopian food was new to us 15 years ago. Since then, we've tried a bunch. Truth be told, I loved every one. But Walia is in a league of it's! The food is beyond words! Atmosphere is simple, but pleasant (part of the charm). And the staff and the owner in particular as as warm and friendly as your grandma would be if you stopped by her house on a Sunday!We stick to the vegetarian dishes only, and every single one of them are incredible! “Came here for a late lunch on a Sunday. The experience was so much better than I had expected. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. First, the drinks. I had two rocks margaritas. They were very, very good. And a good size too. Very tasty. I've had some great margaritas, and some terrible ones. These were very much on the good/great side. So that was refreshing. We ordered the shrimp and scampi/garlic appetizer. OMG, we wanted to drink that sauce it was so good. Fresh cut garlic, just so good. Wife ordered the steak fajitas and I ordered the combo (chicken/steak/shrimp) fajitas. I think fajitas are a great choice to order here. They are presented very nicely, you get a lot, and they were absolutely delicious. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked, just wonderful. The rice and beans were also service in a little tortilla bowl, which I proceeded to eat also. Overall it was just awesome. I can't wait to come back!“

“As an Indian, I’ll say that I liked the food a lot. But the thing is they did not have many options or variety. Whatever food they did have tasted very good though. Buffet costs $13.99. Price is very reasonable. The place itself is decently sized. It may seem small the outside but it is a very good size on the inside.“

I would recommend the vodka pizza, best pizza that I had in new jersey. Evan goes above and beyond and provides the best service to his customers.“

“When I say this I mean this with the highest form of complements if you ever heard of Zin burger this is the reincarnated version of that. Everything is tasty I'll be back here as often as I can. Highly recommended for those who need decent food for cheap.Parking: South Orange can be extremely busy, especially during rush hour. There aren't really an free parking lots near the restaurant. But then again, I don't know how much the parking price is enforced.“

“Idc... What these first time ppl is saying. I don't agree!!!! I first started eating El Greco when my boyfriend lived around the way. And I loved they food. After that I took they menu and this was about 2012. Now, because of the pandemic things changed. But, to me It didn't. Not only that they're food is good and not stingy. Sooo.. as today and for a long time I'm not upset... The only thing I wish that they would put on the menu is either pasta, or meatballs and chicken Parm.. for more maybe sandwiches. “Since 2003, the brainchild of the husband-and-wife duo team, Albert and Yanick Ranieri, have opened this premier restaurant and martini bar located on Valley Street in South Orange. Upon entering and translating from the French, a "butterfly" insignia floated above the bar, illuminating the various hues of the 57 martini and specialty cocktails offered. The interior evoked a sophisticated and modern vibe, with the lighting being subtle. Reservations were made by one of our party members calling the restaurant yesterday for some of us as first-timers. Greeted by the host, a table was waiting for us. The menu merges American, Caribbean, French, and Italian cuisine, leaning toward Southern and Cajun-style dishes. As an appetizer, my partner, our friends and I decided on the corn and crab croquettes. For our main meal, we opted for Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp with Maryland Crab Meat, Jambalaya, Coq Au Vin, Organic Roasted Chicken Breast, and Linguine with Shrimp. A complimentary assortment of breads with butter started our meal, which some of us washed with French martini. The food was delicious, and the sauces were flavorful. However, there was a slight snafu with the wording of one of the items on the menu, which was brought to the manager's attention. Listed was organic roasted chicken breast served with caramelized carrots, but what was received was the breast with part of the wings and carrots not caramelized. The service was wonderful, and our server was Mohammed. It was a nice time spent, which we could recommend.“
