“Svc was very good but the food was outstanding from top to bottom at the Sea CrestScallops 9/10Crab cakes 9/10Ny strip 10/10Skirt steak 10/10All the sides we had were great too..what the heck is the secret to those fries OMG, best fry I ever had..expect 100 a head with drinks apps and a dessert to share ..It's in the old Doolan's so it needs a face lift but they are on their way...cool little speak easy built in as well so the parents have somewhere to chill while the kids are at the sweet 16 in the catering room...read a book by the fire and have some milk n cookies ?“

“I have been trying to get a table her for awhile- the wait was well worth it! I had low expectations because the food quality at the jersey shore often disappoints. This place was extraordinary. A solid 10. I had the Halubut and my son the burger. When I finished my last bite- I could have cried. We ordered the Arancini balls for first course- we both took a bite and looked at each other, speechless. For dessert, the only choice was a carrot cake- which I normally would not order- but did. Like nothing I have ever had. Finally, our server was great- responsive, fun- nice and made great suggestions. You know it was a good meal when you wake up the next day thinking about it- and trying your figure out when you can get back there. Bravo, Grand Tavern?“

“We enjoyed a lovely Ap. When our pizza came out late, we couldn’t stay, so our wonderful waitress arranged to have a gift card at the door for us. She felt bad that it took so long. Then when we were leaving she ran out with the pizza in a box. That was above and beyond. This place is special. Thank you! We will be back soon!“

“Our family has been to this place many times and we do enjoy it. The ambience is just perfect, feels like you are on vacation. Fajita is my favorite dish, usually take mixed fajita (beef, shrimp and chicken), which is served on a sizzling hot skillet along with grilled onions and peppers. The meat and vegetables are served with warm tortillas, guacamole, beans, rice, sour cream, and salsa. Delightful.“

“The salmon was one of the best salmon dishes I've ever had. Lovely location near the ocean. Our server was thoughtful and knowledgeable. We will save this restaurant for special occasions since it'sa bit of a drive, but we will definitely be back.“

“This was an absolute hidden gem! We were trying to find something midway for our friends meeting us and decided to try it. What a pleasant surprise! Our waiter was super nice and provided great service. They even accommodated a special request of clams on the half shell, and they were great. Shrimp scampi over linguine was tasty and lobster ravioli was delicious and even came with half a lobster tail. Desserts were great too. Definitely will be back. Ambiance was a little dated, but it was clean including the bathrooms.“

“Best dinner, drinks and dessert! The food was amazing. We were a party of four and ordered multiple dishes to try. Everything we had was delish! The tostadas, lamb, duck and ceviche were all on point and delicious. The dessert special with yuca and pistachio ice cream was spectacular. The Tequilla Cream was a great drink to top off dessert. The whole table got one and love it!“

“Rob is a wonderful human being to start. Crushed it as the bartender and server. Friendly and great service. The cocktails he made like Soothsayer and You Butternut Squash My Dreams are not only creative and inspired but fantastic and delicious. My girlfriend and I each gave him a Hidden Track (describe the spirit and the modifiers you would like) and Rob understood the requests will skill and precision. I requested a rum and herbaceous drink and was blown away by Rob’s instincts and craft. Rob deserves so much love and appreciation for all the hard work he does with amazing craft cocktails and his ability to whip up great drinks on the spot“

“Food is bar type fare - nothing remarkable. I was there with a few others to see a band on a Saturday afternoon. We got a seat at the bar with no trouble on a Saturday at 2 pm. We got loaded nachos and chips and guacamole for snacks with our drinks. The drinks are in plastic cups, everything is disposable which is fine with me, but is not a fancy bar for those looking for that type of thing. It's got a few different rooms and bars in each one. It's was April and chilly so the garage doors were closed for outdoor seating. They have their own parking lot, free parking. We left around 6 pm and they were changing staff and it was getting crowded. A different band was starting at 7 pm. A very good, casual place to hang out and the patrons were friendly, nice, fun. People dance - there's a dance floor. I hope to go back sometime. The bartenders were good.“

We wanted something that did not feel super stuffy and formal since we were not having a ceremony and were technically already married but still wanted it to feel upscale and beautiful. Russell and his staff exceeded all expectations. They are kind, attentive, and professional. Every single person working made sure to check on me (the bride) and made sure our needs (and guests) were well taken care of! The food and cocktails were exceptional and all of our guests reviewed it as one of their all time favorite weddings. If you’re looking for something more intimate and beautiful than a traditional ballroom setting this is place to have your wedding.“

“This beautifully decorated space is a true gem. Cocktail menu is imaginative and the food wondrous! The menu is not overwhelming large but well curated featuring dishes which change seasonally. Our first visit was for a birthday and four of us were thrilled to be seated at the chef's table. Two of us dined last night and sat at the bar which offers a full menu. So between us we have tasted most appetizers and the halibut, pork, pasta, short rib entrees and cannot think of one thing we would change. It really should be noted that the staff there is among the most pleasant, kind and professional we have ever encountered. The bartender and servers are so informative and friendly and the chef is hands on and ensures the diners are having a very special experience! We are looking forward to our next visit!“

“Wow, I’ve eaten a lot of seafood in my day, but this place definitely tops it for me! A completely fresh and scratch kitchen. The menu is extremely innovative and delicious!I thoroughly enjoyed the bao buns, and also the mussels they came in an amazing creamy sauce, with bread for dipping, absolute perfection!I love the Aji tuna sandwich, it came with waffle fries, my absolute favorite! The drinks are also amazing as well such as the boyfriend material, trust me just get it!“

“The restaurant put a reserved sign on our table, but somebody else sat there. The host apologized and found us a different table in a short amount of time. Our server was friendly and checked back with us throughout the night. I left off 1 star because we were 6 people, and 2 meals came out first and it was a long time before the other meals came out. Overall a great experience. This is one of our favorite restaurants and we have brought many people here who also request we go back“

“Sinners Steakhouse provided a delightful dining experience this past St. Patrick's Day weekend. The ambiance was charming, with the live band, bagpipe player, and dancers. I recommend the truffle fry’s and Jameson Wings. Despite the busy holiday crowd, the staff remained attentive and courteous throughout the evening. I highly recommend Sinners Steakhouse for a memorable dining experience.“

“To start, Local Middle Neck clams - good. Good cocktail sauce.Crab Cake Sandwich - ok. Bun was good and sauce was good. Actual crab cake was ok. I prefer when chunk crab is used and this crab was more like a mashed consistency. Not bad but not my favorite.“
