“Both my wife and I had General Tso’s Chicken which was fantastic!Wonton soup was great.Service was great and you have to bring your own alcohol.Highly recommend! We returned last night and again everything was fantastic! They had a special , Garlic Parmigiana Chicken Dumplings! Unbelievably great! Like mixing Italian with Chinese! Our waiter, Dave M. was also very friendly and knowledgeable! One of my favorite places to go!!“
“10 of us thoroughly enjoyed the hibachi. The food was excellent, and the chef was engaging. My only complaint is that we felt rushed by the server prior to the chef taking over. I understand that we were the first seating on a Friday night, but....“
“Celebrating Grandma's Birthday at Ginza Hibachi was a delicious fun night! Qiyung out Hibachi chef was the best ever. Good was made exactly the way we requested. The surprises Qiyung did cooking out meal were wonderful. The best Hibachi meal was prepared for all of us. Qiyung made Grandma feel so special! Highly recommend!“
“We came in Wednesday night for my mom's birthday. From start to finish was a great dinner. Chef Mike and our waitress Abby made everything wonderful. They were so polite, always friendly and so attentive. They made my mom feel so special. The food was absolutely delicious and of course Chef Mike did an amazing job while cooking. We will absolutely be returning.“
“We have been here many times and food has been great! I love the seafood lemongrass soup with or without the seafood. There is much variety to choose from.Service is attentive and friendly, Stephen is the best! Teresa is always buzzing about talking with customers and sometimes cooking!I love the white tablecloths - feels clean and freshThere is room for a large group and a sushi barVegetarian options: They will modify as needed“
“Great and affordable spot! We love eating here regularly. I own the hair salon, Alchemy Hair Studio in the same plaza, and we order at least three times a week! My favorites are the lunch hibachi specials and they're half priced sushi rolls.“
“1st time there. The food was great. So was our cook, Simi, for hibachi. We had an issue with the grill, had to move to a different table, and we were given fresh rice because our first plate was cold by the time he started cooking again. I will definitely go back. Thank “
“Great sushi! I have only ordered take out in the past but i recently ate in the restaurant and had a wonderful experience. Nissim, the mashgiach/manager was very accommodating to all of our needs and went above and beyond to insure we had a great meal and great service!“
“This is my mom's favorite lunch spot. Always a stop after dr. appointments or shopping. Food is fresh and delicious. Servers are kind and friendly. Highly recommend. My son loves the sushi and vegetarian options.Vegetarian options: My son loves the vegetarian options.“
“We moved to Seaside Park from NY about 18 months ago and after eating at a few places I had effectively given up on eating sushi down here at all. Just being turned off by the local offering, for a while I passed over even trying Hoshino until last night.Let me just start by saying this is the best sushi in the area, and it's not even close! It's very authentic, with focus on quality of ingredients. People who complain about the portion size/price have no idea what authentic sushi is, and should stay in their lane. If you want big floppy pieces of lower grade sashimi, Xina is right over the bridge. While waiting for our meal, we overheard a gentleman at the table next to us say this is very good sushi, that it reminds him of NYC. He isn't wrong. I have extensive experience eating at sushi restaurants in the city and Japan, and this is as close as it gets. While I had sushi my girlfriend had the beef negimaki, and it was also very good. Bonus points for putting Toro on the menu and actually having it. Too many sushi restaurants say they have Toro but then never do.If we had one complaint, it would be the wait time. It seems they only had one server and so things moved a bit slowly. However, Bill, our server, was very nice and polite despite having to run around and serve several tables at once.Moving forward there is no doubt we will be eating here frequently.“
“Went here to eat yesterday with family. Although the outside was in need of work I give this place 5 stars. The food was good, the service was good and the cook was awesome. Not crowed at all and the inside was the just like any other Hibachi! We enjoyed ourselves !“
“Ordered for the first time tonight. I figured it’s the busiest night of the year so I won’t be disappointed if it’s just “eh”. Wow was I surprised - THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST CHINESE TAKEOUT I HAVE HAD SINCE MOVING TO BRICK in 2003! Thank you for a delicious New Year’s Eve meal! You have a new customer!“
“Homemade hot mustard sauce and free freshly fried wonton strips (as opposed to machine made, stale ones, you know what I mean) with sauce sets this place apart from others.Superior egg drop and hot&sour soup. None can compete in area of point pleasant and brick.Fried/Steamed dumplings are not wrapped in the chewy thick dough that you commonly find in other Chinese restaurants. It's worth every bite. The crab rangoon is cream cheese wrapped in a pastry dough that is amazing. The boneless beef ribs are tender and yummy. The cold noodles with sesame sauce is amazingly addictive. The shrimp toast is by far their best appetizer. You will not find a more scrumptious piece of toast. When they say prawns, you will not get the tiny shrimps, these are huge. Worth every penny.By far the best Chinese restaurant in Point Pleasant and Brick. For those who complain about their coupons, they used to honor them when it was on their menu. I never had a problem.“
“I absolutely love koto. I have lived in Jackson for 19 years and Koto is always my go to. Its delicious, and hibachi portion sizes are giant. I get the steak hibachi, and it's perfectly cooked every time. I have tried several other hibachi places around before in ocean county and no where comes close to beating Koto on their prices, portion sizes, freshness and flavor. It's funny that at other hibachi locations, they make you choose rice or noodle, and soup or salad, but Koto does both for the same price! Same with their sushi, it's fresher, tastes better and is cheaper than other hibachi restaurants around. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and make you laugh when you get the hibachi show. But normally I sit on the quieter side with the no grill tables and it's just peaceful and a great place to go for a quiet but delicious meal. Will forever be a fan.“
“Our chef was Johnny and he was amazing! The food was cooked to everyone’s liking and he made sure we all got what we needed. The servers were on top of everything also. Johnny took a photo with me and gave all the kids hats they definitely had a blast.“
