I am so frustrated with Bamboo Grill!!! I was beginning to think that the person taking the orders either is deaf or cannot understand English, but I think it's because they don't respect their customers. Whenever I order a chicken dish, I AlWAYS let them know that I DO NOT want any chicken breast, but when my husband picks up the food and I open it, most of it is CHICKEN BREAST!!!! I called in late Saturday night to order jerk chicken, sadly they were out of it. No biggie. I come to this often, they instead said they could give me oxtail instead and throw in 2 free pattys. The oxtail was amazing, really tasty! The customer service at this place is 2nd to none. Absolutely amazing place! If you never around Trenton area this is a must.
