2803 S. Broad St. assistant manager(assuming) worst customer service ever. Filing a complaint with corporate.
Order a turkey sausage, egg and cheese on Texas toast and a medium coffee with milk and French vanilla creamer. What did I get: ham, bacon and cheese on a ciabatta roll. Will never eat there again even though it's 1/4 mile from my house
Went there today to purchase a frozen coffee on my app. Was supposed to get 200 points. The app worked outside the store it not inside. Had to pay with my cc and then the girl charges me for 2. Hooe DD perks will give me the 200 points

There were flies and mosquitoes near the donuts at one visit. However, on a Friday evening, the staff provided exceptional customer service, especially towards children with disabilities. Despite some rushed service and mixed-up orders, Dunkin' has the potential for a great experience with caring staff.
