“Food is outstanding and made fresh not precooked like some restaurants. The desserts are delicious and homemade and the servers are very nice. Old World recipes that taste amazing. If you never been there, you are missing out in one of the best restaurants in NJ.“
“My wife and I gave this “Flavor of Poland” restaurant a try tonight, and we were delighted. The food was outstanding and beautifully presented. My wife ordered the chef’s pork cutlet and I had the stuffed cabbage. The orders came with a trio of salads, and we each chose potato dumplings for our sides. All of it was tasty and served at the proper temperature. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. The price was reasonable at $51 for two — a great value for the quality of the meal. We’ll be back, next time bringing our own wine or beer, as the restaurant doesn’t have a liquor license. I took one star off for atmosphere because the private party side of the establish had some thumping music that detracted from the experience in a minor way.“
“Nice looking bar and restaurant with expansive menu of Polish specialties and more. The Barszcz Czerwony (beet soup with mushroom dumplings) featured a broth with complex flavor and perfectly tender dumplings. Bottled Polish beer at a reasonable price and an adequate espresso to follow. Do yourself a favor and visit.“
