I would fine it hard to agree to “round up” or make any kind of donation to Ronald McDonald House when I am kept waiting several minutes in the drive-thru just to order, then directed to a spot afterwards to wait for my food. Come on, management. It was a basic order appropriate for the time of day and not at all complicated. Everything was good! I see all these reviews about the workers being incompetent and rude, but I used to work here and it’s not easy dealing with entitled customers either. They work the same as you and I, and they deserve the same amount of t of respect y’all would give your friends or family. Fast food is a customer service job, and not all customers are easy to deal with. If they make a mistake, it’s not on purpose or anything, it’s because they genuinely messed up....read full review
