“I stopped by for drinks around 7pm on a Saturday with some friends. Thankfully there was a table available and we were seated right away. Bosco's has an extensive drink menu, and happy hour if you go during certain times on weekdays. The drinks were average NY prices, and were very good. I got the Sam Said So, while my friend got a Negroni. Both were very good! The service was great, and the decor was fun.“
“Super friendly folks working at Yellow Rose, they took the best care of our party of 6. Our table was ready, and the wait staff were super attentive, and delivered the meal and drinks with ease. Everything was cooked just right, and the baking is up there with the very best. We had a couple of buttermilk Biscuit Egg and Cheddar Cheese breakfast sandwich plates, which I’d say, Is something I’m glad I got to experience! With this item, you get a choice of topping’s like, avocado, bacon, sausage, or ham, the eggs were cooked perfectly and the cheese adds just the right kick along with the combo of ingredients as a whole. The flour tortillas are excellent as well. The Jem Salad, is a welcome change from most salad offerings. Desserts at Yellow Rose, are all top notch, really doesn’t matter what you choose, because they are all made with care. Weekends, Sat and Sun, adds Donuts to the menu, and they are made that morning for brunch only (can run out) and they are light and some, if not the best we’ve ever had. Chocolate, Frosted/Glased, Cinnamon, and a tbd filled version. Texas Sheet cake, and all Pie and Cake variants are all winners. It’s a nice atmosphere with a spirited crowd, and they play some of the best music of any restaurant in the city. Thoughtful playlists of generally more creative songs from often lesser known bands. They are hard workers, but you might not notice, because of the easy going and uplifting personalities that service the community.Vegetarian options: There’s always a handful of options. Salad, bean, bean and cheese Tacos, and other vegetarian offerings.“
“Ive been here a couple of times and as a LA native, this place definitely makes tacos that remind me of home. There is only outdoor seating so I would keep that in mind if you plan on visiting during colder weather. But The tacos were delicious and I got way more queso and chips than I was expecting. They were sold out the last time I stopped by so that should give you a good idea of the quality of the food.“

“For years (decades really!) I wrote this place off as “only for tourists” but a couple of recent visits have changed my mind. Depending on what you order the lunch special can be great deal. The Chicken Burrito Del Norte was pretty darn good and the Margarita was strong. For $17 that’s an unbelievable bargain. Music was a little too loud and not to my taste. But the decor is pleasant and service friendly and good.“

“I always order burritos from here, also love their chips and guac (just wish there was a smaller size for chips cause I never finish them). They always do a great job preparing the food. “Woohoo Green Bay Packers bar with sound on! Love the relaxed and spacious vibe of this place, bartenders are attentive. No table service so order at the bar. GET THE CHEESE CURDS! Omg they are legit and pieces of heaven. Friendly crowd on game day, and there is more garden space outside (with a tv). Can't comment on the live music yet, but happy to come back and enjoy the games!“
“Spoke with a owner today and had to tell her that one of her employees is always outstanding with service and goes beyond even when they are about to close. I know the owner told me the girls name but im going to spell it wrong but Andrea thank you for being pleasant. I noticed there was no more salsa out and asked her if there wasn't any i wouldn't buy that night and I'll come back another day because i knew they were closing and i know the hustle and bustle of that. Usually ppl say no and go about what they were doing but not her she looked in the back, front and said i have some gave me a cup and i was on my way. Everytime i have come to this location i get greeted and there is no hesitation to give great service. Thank you guys!!!“
“FINALLY a solid taqueria within walking distance! We got chorizo and carnitas tacos - both excellent. Carnitas had a deep, meaty flavor, chorizo was flavorful. Green salsa was awesome, red salsa was a nice heat but not as much flavor. Got a lime cucumber agua fresca too, refreshing and not too sweet. There's only 3 tacos to an order (double tortilla) so they're not cheap, but it's enough food. The restaurant itself looks pretty nice - clean, bright, nicely decorated. We'll 100% be back.“

“If you are reading this review...do not look for any other place this time. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. Service is beyond expectations, there are plenty of servers ready to accommodate your needs ( I personally counted 7). Food is good, freshly made and portions are generous. The environment is casual and relaxed, there are a few TVs playing videos of music and the people are all smiling and in good mood. Give them a shot, you will not regret it. “We ordered carnita tacos and the presentation was very good, although the meat was a little too salty, you could eat it, the atmosphere is like a bar where you can go to talk with friends but it is also familiar. In conclusion it is nothing wow but it is not the worst either so you can pass on the customer service is good.“
“I’ve been a customer for over 30+ years and can only say that El Cantinero has gotten even better over time. The food is excellent and the drinks, especially the margaritas, are, in my opinion, the best in the city. Their staff is amazing, especially the team of Junior and Edgar. They are by far the most competent, efficient, professional, quick and friendly guys I have ever had the pleasure to meet. They go above and beyond to accommodate their customers requests and ensure the customers have the best experience possible. “When you enter you just want to run away but once you have overcome your fear the gentleman hands you a sheet of paper with the menu, you book, you pay and you wait (very little) and if there is room you can also eat sitting down but you eat amazingly I recommend it to everyone, we only took one burritos and a plate of nachos because the dishes are very abundant.“

“I have been coming to Moe's for years and absolutely love the place! Big portions, decent prices, FREE chips and salsa! The staff is always really nice and helpful. One of the things I like best is how consistently clean both the kitchen and the dining room are. I have been to other Moe's and Bubbakoo's Burritos where the line of food is just a big gross mess. You NEVER see that at this Moe's! Love that they have tofu as a protein and the new dressings they offer are delicious!“
“WOW!!!! This small place made a BIG impact on me, in a very positive way! The place is small and it's tight in some places! But this is NYC, midtown on the West side, lack of space is expected!!? The servers were extremely friendly and accomodating!!! The food portion was a little smaller than expected! It also doesn't help that I'm a big eater!? Nevertheless the food was absolutely delicious and prepared according to my picky eater ways!!? THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT DELICIOUS PIÑA COLADA!!!!! “I have been coming here since it was blue moon and for over 10 years i have been a customer of theirs. Their food is amazing, service is top notch and now that they have re-done the interior it is stunning!! I have never heard of Japanese/Mexican but i am excited to try to Japanese side of it! Mexican is always a top 3 for me.“
“When I walked in I was casually greeted by a lovely hostess. She was super professional and so was the service at the bar. The team prefers Spanish but they go out of their comfort zone to make you feel good in English. The food, prices and drinks are worth it. Nice work 1/27/2024“
