I loved the kaga milk punch, shishitorita and the unami in kenmare.Dishes are a fusion of Japanese flavors in Italian style dishes, such as the sticky rice arancini served on a Japanese curry sauce. “We came across this restaurant from a viral social post and didnt have any expectations honestly. The food was EXCELLENT and it had been a while since we’ve said that about a trending restaurant in NYC. We started with the wings that were some of the best wings I’ve ever had ( they serve it piping with a side of soaked towels to wash your hands) and the bone marrow was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Served on the bone with a side of buttery toast to place the marrow on and a delicious onion jam that sealed the deal. Then we had their famous burger with bacon and egg and it did not disappoint and a shaved prime rib that was AMAZING with a side of bacon Mac and cheese (we came hungry lol). Finished with the chocolate cream pie and key lime pie that sent us. Now the food was amazing but I have to say our server Ariana was what made our overall experience a 10/10. She was the BEST server we have experienced in a long time. She was so friendly, outgoing, and perfectly attentive and really made our night extra special to be honest. WE WILL BE BACK!“

Get here around 4:23 on a Thursday and you’ll only wait 40 minutes in the wind to get a seat at the Coop, where you’ll spend 10 more minutes trying to puzzle through their menu. Your friends and you will pick different items, curious if it’s actually good, but once the drinks and sandwich’s come, you’ll wonder how you’ll ever go to another bar.Cocktails are a few more dollars than the average New York drink, but the quality is at least double (no pun intended).“
“Hav & Mar was fantastic! Great food, upbeat vibe, attentive service that was not intrusive. The Branzino was cooked to perfection with a delicious sauce served on the side. Ceaser salad was unusual and delicious. Tuna tartare was excellent. Bread basket was unusual and came with interesting accoutrements. Delicious yucca and sweet potato fries were crispy with just enough seasoning. It was my first visit but definitely not my last. I'll definitely be back. I'm still dreaming about the Branzino!“

Love the vibrant and various selections of cocktails and drinks they had available, and the drinks came out SUPER fast which is always a plus. Food also came out fairly quickly. Portions were on the smaller side but I love that there are so many delicious options to choose from, so you can actually order a lot more and be able to taste variety of dishes as opposed to getting two or three big ones and getting full off of those. It was so good that I had one as an appetizer and one for dinner. I also enjoyed Mushroom Khinkali (Georgian Dumplings) - another delicious dish. Lastly, I had one of their spreads - Spinach Pkhali: Spinach, walnut paste, onion, garlic, coriander and topped with Pomegranate Seeds. “The place is nice, it smells like smoked food indoors which I don’t enjoy a lot but if you’re ok with that scent, the place is warm. A little snob, but maybe that’s the vibe they want to share around. We had reservation but it was delayed, and we couldn’t have a drink while we’re waiting. The food was tasty, but not crazy to wait for delays. However, the place is cute if you don’t mind those details. Some people of the staff, great, others a little snobby and not friendly. Extremely loud place too, if you like to have a conversation, it’s not the kind of place I would recommend. You should try it at least once to find out tho, maybe it’s fine for you. I like lively places but not the ones with such much noise that you can’t hear the person next to you.“

I got the basic Khachapuri and the Khinkali (Georgian dumplings), and both came in big servings. “Before I even lived in the neighborhood Jajaja was easily one of my favorite restaurants in NYC. I have brought so many friends here because it is perfect from anywhere to a date night to a chill lunch/dinner to catch up with friends. Their cocktails are amazing especially their version of an espresso martini. All of the staff is so friendly and always make sure you're taken care of at all times. On top of everything and most importantly the food is AMAZING. Although I am not vegan anymore, I still can call this my favorite restaurant because they do everything on their menu so well and it's rare in my experience where vegan food is indistinguishable from non-plant based food and my favorite is the enchiladas mole. This is a must stop for anyone that loves cool Polynesian bars, (they also talk about how they’re trying to build on the experience of tiki, and acknowledge that tiki is appropriated and they are trying to improve and pay homage to it). Seafood dishes tasted fresh and the Beef Tongue Curry was delicious! Also had the Ebi Katsu which was 10/10. Dishes are good portions for sharing comfortably between 2/3 people.Funnily enough, didn’t get pictures of the yakitori, but definitely recommend the gizzards, hearts, or oyster—super tender, well-grilled, and seasoned.I think experience could definitely be shaped by what you order so it’s nice they have a nice variety of dishes to choose from.Dietary restrictions: They did ask about allergies after confirming our selections.“

“When I walked in I was casually greeted by a lovely hostess. She was super professional and so was the service at the bar. The team prefers Spanish but they go out of their comfort zone to make you feel good in English. The food, prices and drinks are worth it. Nice work 1/27/2024“
