“We really like the restaurant, the food, and the people there. The place is bright and clean; they even have hooks installed on the side of the benches to hang coats, purses, etc. The Vietnamese food there is tasty and healthy. The chef pays attention to every detail, from the taste to the presentation of every dish. Even the chef’s choice for the thickness of each noodle soup type can make a difference! We tried fried/fresh spring rolls, pho, classic spicy lemongrass noodle soup, fried rice, bánh mì, coffee, and smoothies. My son even had a 2nd strawberry smoothie because it’s the best that he’s ever tasted. The Vietnamese coffee is also enchanting. Last but not least, it’s a family owned restaurant so you’ll feel great being welcomed and taken care of. If we live close to this restaurant, we’ll be happy to eat there every day. “I have ordered from this place a couple of times and on both occasions the food didn't disappoint.Tasty sandwiches and fresh salads.So far I haven't found anything that I didn't like.The only issue is the service, sometimes it is fast and sometimes it is not (30 minutes waiting after the order deadline). We had several dishes and a few with no spice. The mango sticky rice was not available due to mangos being out of season. We tried the cheese cake that was amazing too. This is one place I will gladly drive 45 minutes just to taste this quality of food again!“

The environment is eclectic, you will find the menu to be very unique to the area. The head chef is a professional, and hands down one of the best in the area if not the best. He is very accommodating and brings a unique upscale-urban style to the food he designs. The bartenders are the best in town hands down and the service is attentive yet not overwhelming. StageHouse Somerset is a must-try. You will not be disappointed.“

The ingredients were fresh as well. Only drawback is I was there at 8a and the only girl working wasn't ready for me when I showed up right at 8a. “They have a pretty decent buffet with quite a few American food choices, Asian (of course), fresh salad and a dessert table. I've never had a bad meal from here, nor have I ever gotten sick from food borne illnesses. The service is, sometimes, a bit nonchalant/laid back. I wish they wouldn't waste so much time looking at their phones and doing more "busy work" like wiping down the buffet tables. But it's not like the place is ever untidy.“

“Just had a baby shower here on 11/5 and could not have been more pleased with the turn out. Jennifer, the even coordinator was super helpful and listened to all my requests. She was more than flexible and made sure everything went smoothly. Everyone had great things to say about the food and you were able to tell it was freshly made. We had beautiful weather so they really allowed us to have access to outdoors and it felt private and intimate. I strongly recommend this place for an event!“
