“This is THE place to go! I love the variety of bagels here. They also have a wide variety of paninis, sandwiches, salads, omelettes, and more. Today I tried the BLT wrap and I wish I would have just stuck with my regular French toast bagel with honey almond cream cheese but I wanted to try something different. The wrap wasn’t bad at all though, very fresh and a generous amount of bacon. Another fave of mine is a bacon, egg, & cheese on a hero. It’s actually amazing! I love to come here but I will say it usually takes a while to get your food. It’s understandable though because in the mornings it is usually very busy. I usually try to call in before so I don’t have to wait so long. From what I have experienced the staff are all friendly and hardworking.“

“We ordered Sichuan Tofu (unfried) and Kungpao chicken as well as pork egg rolls. They come with rice. Both of us love the food! There are a lot of fresh veggies and the food is not oily or heavy! The rice is super fresh. In Chinese language, the food is very 正宗. It cost less than $25 altogether, much better than the more expensive food I had in Weehawken. The owners are nice hard-working people.“

Thirst by Steven's Cafe Juice • $$
1300 Ave at Port Imperial, Weehawken

“I live close by, so I enjoy walking to this cafe frequently. There are a lot of different options for drinks -- from everything to coffee, cold brew, lattes, and fruit smoothies as well. The cold brew is my favorite if they have any left for the day! I've also tried the Pistachio Escargot pastry and that was very delicious. Definitely recommend getting any of the pastries heated up. There is also a large selection of macarons but I have never tried any from there - they do like delicious and there are a huge variety of flavors. The pastry case is pretty stocked so I usually end up getting something from the case. 10/10 recommend checking out the place whether you're a local or visiting the area. Enjoy!“

“Solid food and good ambiance. Good for a date or to catch up with friends.A friend and I got the tuna tartare, uni spaghetti, and broccolini to share since we weren’t too hungry. Each dish did not miss.Service was friendly but if I can be picky, I think the amount of times my water was filled was a little excessive and at times distracted me from conversations with my friend ??‍♀️“

“Tried the TikTok viral restaurant. It used to be a Michelin one-star in 2021 and 2022. Although it has lost its Michelin star last year, I still think it’s my favorite Italian restaurant in NYC so far. Had a fantastic experience here! The salad turned out to be a game-changer. As someone who typically shies away from salads, Don Angie's version won me over with its unique flavors and freshness. Each bite was a testament to the restaurant's commitment to excellence.Don Angie lived up to its viral acclaim. My friend and I walked in at 9:15 pm, and we got seated in 20 minutes!! Strongly recommend this way of dining.“

“This is one of my top choices for NYC style slices of pizza. I had the Tarftu and the L’Industrie slices. They were delicious despite the fact I eat them when they got cold. The ingredients was fresh. I like how they put oil on it and they have chili oil available too. They put fresh basil on it also. I am not going to lie it is expensive but it is worth the splurge. I love the unique flavors. Best to come on a Monday night when there are no long lines. Definitely coming back for the Fig and bacon along with the New Yorker slice.“

“The restaurant is cozy and very charming with a good vibe. However, my wife’s dish was too salty and mine was heated in the microwave. The gnocchi was overheated and overcooked. A disappointing experience. It was my wife’s birthday and I am sad the food was way less than I expected due to the good reviews I read before thanking her there.“
