“Charlene, the manager, has this Chipotle job down. Every single time i’m there she’s on top of everything, make sure no one is slacking, and that everyone is putting 110% into their job. Never ever have I walked into Chipotle while Charlene is there and not gotten the highest quality of service. This is the smoothest running and cleanest Chipotle because she makes sure everyone is meeting up to the highest sanitary expections. It is an understatement to say she is amazing worker and deserves a raise. She also has the most heart warming smile on her face and is the nicest worker there all time, her sweetness reminds me of my Titi. Her worth ethic never goes unnoticed and she’s a queen honestly I hope she never leaves this chipotle because I don’t know how they’re gonna run without her.“

“Wow!! So we had a group of 8 and was pouring rain so looking for a takeout place. Found Tacos Polos because it was only 5 minutes away. We ordered tons of food for pickup. I suspect that this place would have a lot more foot traffic if it were in town near Bloomfield Ave or Watchung, but I’m happy to have it so nearby in Upper Montclair, and I hope they are a long-standing fixture here (have seen a few places coke and go in this spot). We sat at the bar and Hailey was great, one of the best Bloody Marias (Mayan Maria) I have had. My wife loved the Butterfly Pea Tea Mimosas that came with her Mimosa flight. They had great brunch food options and we both really enjoyed our dishes, their guacamole app with the Sikil-P’ak was on point!! We will be back again for brunch, looking forward to their Taco Tuesday night, as well as future dinners at Bitol.“

The person who ordered tamales said they were delicious and my chimichanga with barbacoa was good, but the two choices of sauce were not my favorite. I opted for verde rather than mole, but it's a little sour for my usual taste. Still, overall the food was very good.Parking: The lots nearby are not for the restaurant but they were full anyway. “My friend and I got together for some good Mexican food. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted by the host/server and sat. It was a dimly lit restaurant. I started with the red sangria, and that was tasty. I was a little disappointed because they had no red wine for my next drink, so stuck with the sangria. For my appetizer, I got the camarones scampi, but it was a garlic shrimp, and it was tasty. My friend had the fiesta platter and I tried it and it was good. We then had the shrimp tacos, which were delicious! For my meal, I got the red snapper, and my friend had the garlic shrimp dish. I really enjoyed the red snapper, and my friend enjoyed the shrimp. We didn't know it was sip and paint night as well so it got really packed really fast. The crab cakes were the only thing I did not like. I told them and they didn't do anything to accommodate our dissatisfaction but we still enjoyed the rest of the meals. The chicken teriyaki empanadas were dry but they gave us sauce on the side after we requested it. Our table was rocking and a server came to ask if they could fix it and did so without us asking or complaining. The space is extremely small but it works for a quick dining experience. If you want space and intimacy, this is not the place to go. The music was perfect and the drinks were delicious!!! Marianna was so sweet and everything she recommended was on point. As usual, we got the Nacho Surpreme with Al Pastor and it did not disappoint. We were able to finish it all. My partner got the burrito grande and loved it. I got the Parrillada Mixta (Mixed Grill) which had so much meat! It came with chorizo, chicken, steak, pork, and shrimp! I loved all the meats. They were juicy and full of flavor! Tender. The tres leches was AMAZING. So rich and moist. The sauces on the side were a wonderful touch. The portions were huge and we had plenty of leftovers. The staff is so nice. 100% come again!“

Warm welcome when we came in we ordered the Beef Nachos they were stacked high and the beef very tender. For the mains a spicy shrimp and buttermilk chicken taco all were amazing as you can see by the pictures. We had homemade key lime pie and bread pudding for dessert and they did not disappoint. “Tacos are absolutely delicious, best tacos I’ve ever had. I recommend the carnitas but if you’re not into the fat then the steak(bisteck) ones are the next best. Their tacos also come with pickled vegetables on the side which make it even more delightful. I devour the whole container in less than five minutes haha.
