I hadn't been here since my last review, but a friend wanted to meet here for lunch, so I acquiesced. The recently remodeled decor is appealing and comfortable. I ordered the "Slo Turkey" sandwich, described on the menu as oven gold turkey breast, Swiss cheese, tomato, bacon, coleslaw, and Russian dressing on griddled rye bread, w/crispy fries. Had a lunch with a friend. Dined outdoors. She had the salmon with sweet potatoes and broccoli, despite saying broccoli was not her favorite, the waitress took away a clean plate when we finished!. I had Veggie Quesadillas (Sautéed spinach, wild mushrooms, tomatoes, Monterey jack, cheddar cheese. salsa, sour cream and fresh avocado. Served with mixed greens in honey cilantro lime dressing). Great restaurant with great service! They have very unique menu options, which all sounded delicious. Out of the things we ordered, the Bananas on the Beach was my favorite. It had a very interesting flavor, but was really good! We had also ordered some sort of crepe dish, which was also fantastic, though I forget what it was called. They have great outdoor seating with heaters when we went, which made the experience very enjoyable. Will definitely be back soon!
