“I have mixed feelings about Key West Café. If I had a different server I think it would’ve been a completely different experience.I came in the off season when things weren’t very chaotic and the restaurant wasn’t excessively busy. I came in solo, which admittedly, is certainly not a server’s dream. My server was slow to come to the table and when she did, she was curt. She took my drink and breakfast order and left. She was slow to bring my coffee and then when my French toast came, it was cold. It took several minutes for a server to come around so I could let them know. When my server was notified she had them make me a fresh plate, which was delicious.After I ate, she checked on me and brought me my bill. She was pleasant enough but it was clear she wanted me out of there. I put cash down and waited almost 10 minutes for another server to give me change while my server talked to some locals on the other side of the room.Overall I saw other customers that were content and servers that were attentive and friendly. The food was good, affordable, and the kitchen fixed their mistake quickly and without any issues. I do recommend coming to Key West Cafe, but I hope that management has a conversation with this server about upping her game.Parking: Lots of street parking and it’s free in the off season“

“Not a bad pizza the dough was sweet and fluffy. The cheese was just perfect. Some people might say a little on the heavy side but in my eyes was just perfect. I would order from here again. Cash only establishment which shows awesomeness and old school.“

“Thought I would try an upscale dish (since they were offering it) to see how a Boardwalk Restauranteur would perform. I ordered the Shrimp Pasta with Marinara. Needless to say, I was "Stunned"! This is a favorite dish of mine and I usually reserve ordering it to finer esoteric Bistros and Trattorias I frequent. Yes, I dare say it, BOLDLY that the Chef Olympic Flame not only went "toe to toe" with the finer eateries I am familiar with but actually bettered the lot of 'em!! After this most satisfying experience, I was desperate to meet the Chef behind this most Perfect Pasta dish. The waitstaff directed me to the Chef, who was extremely appreciative when I explained the aforementioned to him. Anyone out there visiting the Jersey Shore and wants to have a truly "Unique" dining experience, I strongly recommend ordering the Shrimp Pasta (or any Pasta Course) "The" Olympic Flame Restaurant. You Will Not Be Disappointed!!“

“I live in Wildwood and I never tried this place before so me and my son are walking by and said let's grab a slice and try it if you get a slice we both bite into it together we looked at each other face and went oh my God how did we never have this before. Brought my uncle here last week we grabbed the pie first of all it was super fast super clean good service we got a pepperoni pizza it was out of this world when I tell you it's amazing take my advice always tell them make it well done cuz you want that little crush on the bottom so try it you will not regret it forget it trust me this place is where you want to go“

How she tolerated us dropping everything (knife,bread) I'll never know. She helped put our dining experience over the top. We were kindly seated in a shaded portion of the patio with a nice view of the marina. Our appetizer of coconut shrimp appeared instantly. Hold on did I mention the sunset specials? Many meals were priced at $20. The broiled scallops I ordered were cooked to perfection. Not rubbery, nor mushy. They swam in a shallow pool of garlicky melted butter with a wedge of lemon on the side. Thank you chef! I hate when the flavor of the meal is overridden by something else. “Standard American bar food fare but really well executed. Turkey burger is a standout (served on a soft brioche bun), as were the hush puppies and chicken fingers which were perfectly fried outside and tender (and not dry) inside. Fries were crispy and well seasoned. Sauces were nicely matched.“
