Love the food (which is why this is a two star review and not a one star) but the accuracy and quality control needs some vast improvement. I place a to-go order for Two Birds and a Biscuit two to three times a month and AT LEAST 50% of the time, there is no side of gravy, leaving the meal fairly dry. In the past I've also ordered the Superstar BLT with an addition of avocado for an extra charge. The sandwich is delicious but getting home and finding no avocado is really disappointing....read full review
