The shake and ice cream machines are always working. If you love McDonald’s ice cream and shakes, you know this is important. Many other fast food chains have machines that break down frequently and it’s always when I want one lol. The people working at the drive through windows are friendly. My order is always correct. Gonna turn my negative into a positive. Yes there were some snaffoos with my order today but the young man seemed to be nice, polite, and trying hard. I get it. We all have bad days and what it came down to is I ended up with all my food and it was fresh and no one was rude to me even though I may have been a tad snippy at one point.
I felt bad today. The workers are normally in high spirits but today from the drive thru guy to the young lady that handed me our food. The mood was depressing. I hope what ever is going on they get time off or a break. Attitudes like this only happen when workers are driven to exhaustion or they have to deal with rude people more than they should. As consumers I believe we need to be respectful and kind, we shouldn't take out our days on people we don't know or take out our situations...read full review
