We tried The Paleta Bar on a hot summer afternoon and it was just perfect! The staff was friendly and patient. They have also a great variety of popsicles, agua de jamaica and other treats!
We were visiting Albuquerque and have never had Paleta. They had a nice selection and were very friendly. The food was great. They were happy to give us a water when we asked it was clean and nicely air-conditioned inside we would go back.

Got strawberries con crema, and a watermelon water. Both were tasty but very pricey. I know this is a chain trying to bring a Mexican snack store to the masses but in ABQ where you can actually go to a Mexican shop to get these snacks at half the price.
