I like to order their breakfast burrito, smothered with green chili, and sausage. The waiter that served us, is polite, and gave us our food, and beverages in short order. The restaurant has a nice, friendly atmosphere. Alejandro will be seeing us again soon.
We hired Alejandro’s for a Celebration of Life for My Brother-In-Law and they could not have been more Professional and Accommodating, the food arrived Hot and Fresh, We had Enchiladas, Chicken, Beef, Cheese, Red, Green, Christmas, Pasta Salads, Salsa Everyone Raved about the food Especially the Tamales. I’m visiting from Dallas Texas and I really enjoyed the authentic NM style food at Alejandro’s. The wait staff are all very friendly and helpful and quick to bring out your food. They are open early which is a blessing for me because I’m always up early. I had the juevos rancheros and they were excellent with a side of sopas. I highly recommend giving Alejandros a try any time your passing through Belen NM.
