We had the Lara cheeseburgers - one with fries and one with (homemade) onion rings - and they were delicious. We were able to eat on the patio with our dog. The place is nice, very clean, and filled with locals. Service was very friendly.Update: We returned to Hatch and tried the *popular* burger joint down the street, and it doesn't come close to this spot. Whenever I'm in Hatch, I'm coming to the Valley Cafe. It's cheaper and ten times better.

Wonderful morning visit. Friendly staff, great food. The Mega Breakfast Burrito, Christmas style (red and green sauce) is fabulous, and plenty to share if you want to explore more of the menu.
