We had the Lara cheeseburgers - one with fries and one with (homemade) onion rings - and they were delicious. We were able to eat on the patio with our dog. The place is nice, very clean, and filled with locals. Service was very friendly.Update: We returned to Hatch and tried the *popular* burger joint down the street, and it doesn't come close to this spot. Whenever I'm in Hatch, I'm coming to the Valley Cafe. It's cheaper and ten times better.
This restaurant is small but it has a family atmosphere and is very welcoming. Food is delicious and hot. Both spicy and temperature wise. So when you're in the area, stop by and try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Good Asada y Pastor tacos. Meat was tender and the fixings they put on them were bomb. Staff was friendly.
