Came to Hobbs for a day trip. Stopped here for some food. Little did I know this place would be AMAZING!!! Had aquachiles and fajitas. I would recommend this place to everyone. Best food I have had a long time.
Food was great. There were two guitar players playing right next to our table and, although I'm sure they probably did their best, were really out of tune (sorry!!).Otherwise, the staff were nice, not all speak English though, but we've managed.

OVERALL El Coco Pirata's is a chain Mexican seafood restaurant in Hobbs, NM. They have other locations throughout Colorado and Texas. I really enjoyed a night out here with my parents for a unique meal in this small town. RATING BREAKDOWN Food: 4 | Service: 4.5 | Ambiance: 4 | Price: 4 PARKING Could be better. There is some on the north side right next to the restaurant or in the lot just across the street. There is minimal parking on the south side. It's a busy street so be careful....read full review
