We stopped eating here a long time ago because of the service and the quality of the food, but we decided to try again. The food was hot, fast service, and the employee was friendly and helpful. Might go in here again.

Went here tonight to pick up dinner. Get thru the drive thru quick, and asked to wait in parking lot for food. Have waited over an hour and no one has attempted to come out with food, (after it has been paid for). Had to go inside to get a refund, and find somewhere else to eat. They have wasted an hour and a half of my time. They never had any food ready to go, and always have to “cook” it fresh.

This KFC is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. Every time you come here to pick up an order (for DoorDash) they always have an excuse as to why it’s going to be another 30 mins. If you talk to the manager her response was, decline the order and don’t come back, it doesn’t bother her one bit. Very poor service and customer service by the manager. When I asked her, her name she refused to give it to me.

I’ve gotten a famous bowl in another town and it had double the mashed potatoes and chicken than I was given at this one. The bowl was not even half was filled with mashed potatoes and gravy, I got a very thin layer of mashed potatoes which is straight up ridiculous. Also they didn’t even add the corn it comes with. Definitely won’t be going back there. The only reason we didn’t go back and complain is because we’re just passing through town.

I pull up to the window and handed her my money, and she stated oh I can't accept that, a $100 bill. Like seriously. So we won't ever eat KFC ever again. I guess my money is too good for that place!!

So I'm ordering I finished with my order and I remember someone asked me for jalapenos then I asked the girl if I could add 6 jalapenos and all of a sudden this lady idk if it was the manager or just an employee stating with an awful additude we don't let ppl add orders again at the window. She did went ahead and added it but if your training there's no need to do that kind of scene in front of the customer and by the way there's a way more professional to explain certain situations.

Whats the point of a drive thru if the food is not ready? This is the second time I come here and go through drive thru and they have me park for over 20 min. No cars in the parking lot to say they are extremely busy and no cars they drive thru!
