Today at the Raton McDonald's location I got my drink with no receipt was told to go wait in the drive thru area. Waited 30 minutes for two orders of fries. After seeing 7 cars get their food that pulled in after me I went inside and was told they wouldn't give me the fries they sent me to go wait for because I didn't receive a receipt even though they checked me out. Friday February 17th around 7:30pm. Poor work ethic, on top of taking ridiculous amount of time to get my order (25 minutes), Carl B didn't hesitate to say "patience man!" after walked in to ask about my drive thru order. this employee needs some training on customer service or some disciplinary action. and the manager on duty refused to give me my money back when i ask for it. The service inside is automated. I then had HORRIBLE customer service at the counter because THEY gave me the wrong order. I asked them to correct it and it took them two times to correct one burger. The lady chewed at me for wanting what I paid for them when I finally got the burger, my fries were cold. I opened the order completely down the road and inside my burger was a half rated hamburger patty with my burger patty!! It was disgusting!! It was a horrible experience!!
