Cattle Baron is a reliable restaurant with excellent service and a friendly staff. The building is well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. The salad bar is a standout, while the ribs are described as "off the bone good." The Manhattan cut of the New York strip was a unique surprise. Although one steak was overcooked, the other was perfectly tender. The server, Sebastian, went above and beyond by ensuring a crumbling cheesecake was not served. Overall, a place recommended for an enjoyable dining experience.
