This was our second visit in the last two years (since we live out of town). We had the Seasonal Vegetable Curry, Classic Masala Dosa, South Indian Chai, and the Passion Fruit Custard. We enjoyed all the dishes. Highest quality!!! The chai was not sweetened and I had to add sugar. However, I know this is a matter of preference since others prefer the stronger tea flavors. We definitely have this restaurant on our list to visit every time we are in town. Parking can be an issue, it is Santa Fe, but worth the effort to eat there.

Waited close to 1 hour for a seat. Was happy to wait based on the reviews and recommendations. But frankly I was disappointed in the food. While certainly tasty it did not live up to the rating or hype. Restaurant was noisy and cramped making it tough to relax and enjoy my company. Highlight was desert which was very good.

Southern Indian food at its best! Food is delicious, in a cozy setting. Service is excellent. Restaurant is very busy and they don't take reservations unless it's 6 or more people. So, you may have to wait (we did for 25 mins), but it's worth it.

Deliciously well prepared Southern Indian. Not the first cuisine you think of for Santa Fe, but definitely worth a visit. Top quality.

This was quite good.A fairly small menu: basically dosas and uttapam with some appetizers and a couple curries. Plenty of vegetarian choices. Some fusion dishes: the uttapam with a mixed mushroom topping was quite good, and given that it's Santa Fe, there was the obligatory green chile dosa. (Which I might have gotten if it had paneer as the cheese rather than a jack/cheddar mix.)Popular spot: we showed up at 5:30 on a Fri and got seated immediately, but we were pretty much the last to get that. And when we left there was a pretty big line of people waiting.Overall, very tasty. We'll be back.

We have been coming to this restaurant since it opened (full disclosure: we are of Indian heritage). It used to be more authentic, prepared with care, and the food was way more authentic/flavorful. Everything now is bland and dull--even down to their drinks (pulli jeera). The mainstay of a good dosa meal is the sambar--their sambar used to be tasty, spicy, and flavorful. Now it is sweeter (canned tomato?) and overly mild. There is no such thing in India as mild sweet sambar. We talked to the waitstaff and even our waiter acknowledged that the food has become bland after complaints from clients (not local New Mexicans like us, surely, as we love spicy food). It seems, especially in the past few years, the chef has decided to phase out the south Indian-ness of his restaurant. Such a shame.

The food was absolutely great. I got the three-course meal which included spicy basil dolsa, pumpkin soup, and lamb curry. All of them were delicious.Just a couple little things on service. When my soup was dropped off. It was dropped off with a finger because they didn't have plates for the soup bowl. They should definitely have plates for that. My server didn't come off very knowledgeable and didn't explain any of the dishes to me. That being said, I would absolutely come back again because I thought the food was delicious and clearly other people like enjoy. it was very busy first thing at 5:00 p.m. when they opened.

Great atmosphere and amazing food. I like they have a short menu and everything was served fresh. They have a little bar and music was lively. Be prepared to wait here, we had to wait 30 mins on a Thursday night. But once we got the table, the service was great and food was served pretty quickly. Highly recommend if you are in the Santa Fe area.
