Chicken buffalo wrap was pretty good. Fries were fried in old oil so meh. Usually a great staple of Arby’s. Employees were super nice besides the manager.He scolded an employee for giving me a free lemon aid refill. Whether she was suppose to do it or not is irrelevant. Coming from the service industry myself as an employee and supervisor. There is a better way to handle it and not in from of customers.
