You have a lady named Allison who was working the morning shift, and I gave her 5 stars. She was so pleasant, greeted everyone, and told them to have a nice day. She was great in every aspect. You don't get that in Dallas, TX, anywhere. She deserves a huge promotion if you ask me. Made the dining experience wonderful !

The food was hot and fresh and my order was right!
Everywhere, EVERYWHERE! So unclean. Trashes overflowing, food all over the floor, no clean place to sit! No one cares about cleanliness anymore!

Chicken buffalo wrap was pretty good. Fries were fried in old oil so meh. Usually a great staple of Arby’s. Employees were super nice besides the manager.He scolded an employee for giving me a free lemon aid refill. Whether she was suppose to do it or not is irrelevant. Coming from the service industry myself as an employee and supervisor. There is a better way to handle it and not in from of customers. Retrain management or give them a reminder it’s important how they talk to their workers.
