Waited for 10 minutes in the mobile order line, for my mobile order. It was sitting there the whole time. Even tho it was just sitting there for 10+ minutes they still somehow forgot my hash brown. So I had to go back for that. I ordered this with plenty of time to still be back in my store to eat before I had to open. After all of this I had 2 minutes before I had to open my store to eat my food. Of which the hash brown was as cold as it is outside. Absolutely pitiful service.

I just want to apritiate Maria a lot. She handled everything alone today while her colleague was on break. It was for a long time and she managed alone cashing/serving all while remaining calm and friendly. Thanks a lot again Maria, you are very young yet so mature.Also I really think the management should do a better job in hiring more staffs, specifically on such busy days. Long lines is way too difficult to manage by 1 person alone!
