Faithful Pretzelmaker consumers, but today we had an experience with a man (assuming a manager as he was training some visibly shaken kid) that made us decide not to return. First, we watched this man get upset with the newer employee out back, within customer earshot. We waited approximately five minutes before they noticed us. I normally like the pretzels I buy here. Tastes good!However, there's one employee at Mic Mac Mall who always messes up the order. She just always gets it wrong and I always have to ask her to redo it or I find out when I get home. It's always the same woman at Mic Mac Mall.

They still have their big plastic pandemic walls up around the front of the store, so it's impossible to hear what the staff are saying. Had to say what I wanted 3 times and they still didn't understand.
