Ok, I suppose that Kismet was one of the Halifax's pearls...
But, from person who was there for the first time... I don't know.... The desert was terribly...cheap 😒 Sorry, guys, that's true. I'm not complaining, just don't serve the desert if you don't know how to do that.

Thought, cocktails were extremely good!!💫💫💫 Bartender was nice and service was awesome!🌟 Thanks for that!💕

One more thing... interior... Cheap old white plastic siding on the walls? seriously?... Please... It's 2025 now!
Btw, your exterior looks so good! Just paint the walls and ceiling inside, the same color, make the space more cozy and fresh.

“Today was a Good Day. I am a member of Empowered Woman Blossom ( Under the Umbrella of Hope Blooms). Today we were out for our ladies brunch, we had reservations for the Driftwood next door, but we told there was no reservation for 10 ( we had the confirmation email.) with them, very rudely. Enough of that.
Next Door was Edna’s, so we had 10 senior ladies looking for a place near by. A lovely lady Cora from Edna’s, welcomed us in with open arms. The Food was delicious, beautifully plated and flavors , beyond words. It was a warm welcoming atmosphere, the staff were great and Cora, what a beautiful person. So somethings are meant to happen,

“We had excellent service on Canada Day 2024 with our friendly waitress Pal. She was very helpful and kept checking on our party of 12 ages from 3 to 80, to make sure everyone had what they wanted. She put treats on the Robot and had the children go get their treats off the tray on it, which was a highlight for them. We could tell she enjoys waitressing because she does it to perfection. The food was delicious and plated appetizingly, too!“

“The small plate choices are excellent - very tasty and beautifully presented. These were served promptly, with good presentation and in proper sequence by a very attentive staff. The wine choices by glass were good and well described. My only criticism is that the desert options were limited and not up to the high standards of the main course.“

“My new favorite sushi place in the city , a little hidden view from the street you come down some stairs and just order everything at the counter and sit after ( aka the servers wont take your order at the table but they do deliver the food at your table ) you pay upfront , it’s practical unless you have free room for desert.

We sat and the ambiance is like manga style with a lot a books in Japanese around us , dont get fooled by the decoration because the food is AMAZING trust me I have been to many fancy Japanese restaurants and this one is just as delicious ! We ordered a little bit of everything my personal opinion on the hot sushis ( smoke salmon ) not my cup of tea but my date loved it . And the seaweed salad very tasty, we almost got back again to the restaurant 2 days later because we loved it so much .

So guys if you are looking for a delicious sushi this is the place ! ( i am not even sponsoring this lol ) out of true enjoyment of a lovely night out“

Salvatore's had excellent communication, the timing was great, they were easy to coordinate with and get ahold of, and most importantly the food was excellent and fresh when it arrived. “This was actually my first time having Ramen that didn't come out of a package from the supermarket and it was amazing. The pork was so tender and a little sweet. The broth was incredible. We had the crispy chicken to start and I loved the pickled daikon so much they let me buy a container of it. Our waitress (I am sure I'm not spelling her name right but I think it was Shengshen) was so kind, cheerful and pleasant. I cannot wait to go back.“

“This was a really cool spot. I did some looking on Reddit before going for dinner and didn't see this place as a recommendation - ended up trying it out as we happened to walk by. Very glad we tried it though! Our server was very knowledgeable and made recommendations based on flavour profiles which you don't see often. Everything was priced similar to other bars but the ingredients were clearly high quality. We had the beet salad, (bright, fresh, zesty), lamb burger, (hearty, rich, flavourful), and salmon (crispy, light, balanced). I'd definitely come back.“

The menu can be a little confusing if it is your first time but the servers are very helpful so ask for an explanation.“

“Had a good time here server was awsome took care of a big party of us. Had the fisherman's breakfast. Fishcakes smothered in an eggs bennidict and hollandaise sauce topped with a slice of bacon each paired with a citrus salad. I'll be honest I would usually take the hash browns with it but went for something different. No disappointment at all. The salad was covered evenly with it's salad dressing and had mandarin and strawberry garnishings.“
