“If you haven't tried this local Timberlea place you are missing out. The food was incredible, possibly the best fish and chips I've ever had. The variety of brews is incredible. But a real standout with this jewel is the staff.You get a real sense of family there. We can't wait for our next visit.”

“Tried this pizza shop for the first time tonight and we are highly impressed. My two kids LOVED the meat lovers pizza, they both even ate the crust and they never usually do. The “pro” garlic fingers were a big hit with the whole family. The wife and I shared a donair pizza and some sweet chilli wings. Donair pizza was really good, but the wings were fantastic. My wife isn’t usually big on wings and she even said they were the best she’s had in a while. We’ll definitely be repeat customers. Thanks for the awesome service”

“I don't go often to East Side Mario's, but am generally sure it will be a decent meal. This evening's meal was REALLY excellent (try the chicken Milano!) - salad and bread both incredibly fresh. Recommended just for that ..But our server Pao deserves a HUGE shout-out. I don't know when I've had better, more attentive, genuinely cheerful service. “If I had known it was in a shopping mall, I wouldn't have come; I'm glad I didn't know! We moved up from Atlanta just a few years ago, and finding food that has not been turned bland & sweet has been challenging. Makhani has managed to remain true to its ethnic roots, while simultaneously being willing to accommodate more delicate palettes. My kids have a broad, often incompatible spectrum of tastes in food, and Makhani succeeded in pleasing everyone.Good work, Makhani!”

“We celebrated a birthday with friends there. Everything was lovely. We ate scallops, Arctic Char with snow crab, tacos, brussel sprouts & several other dishes. All were delicious... the scallops were PERFECT!Sara was our server, she was was knowledgeable about the menu and very sweet.”

“This was the most delicious Lebanese food ever! Would highly recommend this restaurant. We did takeout but the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond imo, better than any restaurant I’ve been to and completely unheard of in todays day and age! So happy! And would highly encourage anyone to eat there. We enjoyed the chicken and beef schwarma plate and also the Kafta dinner (ground beef kebabs with amazing flavour) and a couple pitas (chicken schwarma and chicken souvlaki). Tzatziki and hummus were also top notch.”

“Italian desserts and coffee remind me of Italy - very original! The only drawback to the place - there's only a small area to sit, like 8 spots inside. Since it's usually packed with customers, you are forced to take your food and expresso to go.”

“Okay, as a regular sushi eater, I was very happy with my experience at Sushi Maru. Their main selling point unquestionably is the quality of the ingredients used, which is top notch. The selection is good, they are generous with moat of their offerings and the service is excellent. The seating arrangement is a little tight though. Overall, a 5 star experience, highly recommended.”

“Blue Elephant is close to my office and yesterday was the first time I tried it.They had a great list of lunch specials out together. Most were $14-15 included a spring roll. I had the Cashew Chicken and it was fresh and flavourful. The vegetables were cooked perfectly. The Spring Roll had a great tangy dipping sauce.I will return to this local hidden gem.”

“I just ordered the 3 donair 3 pop deal tonight for supper and sized up to make them a medium. They were HUGE, so much meat. I wish I took a picture to share. The meat was thicker sliced than I was expecting but it was delicious and great texture. Got extra sauce to dip which it didn’t need but that was very tasty as well. We are all very full and happy.
