“We always have a great time at Maxx's! Never felt unwelcome, always get friendly service from the bartenders and delicious food from the cooks. The Best Dam White Pizza is my go-to, but all the pizzas are very tasty and come with heaps of toppings. The crust is a thinner style, which we love (if you want pan-pizza this isn't the place), and there are many toppings to choose from. Sandwiches and salads are great too. They have live music and karaoke depending on the night, there's no smoking in the bar, decent selection and prices on drinks. What more do you want?“

“I didn’t eat anything. Met the DJ’s wife and she was lovely.John the bartender was fantastic! Friendly gave plenty of water between drinks which I appreciated! Allowed me to work a machine at my pace no pressure. Got ingredients from the back for an espresso martini. It was quiet and safe. Parked right up front. Great bands and karaoke. Go to this small neighborhood bar. Not right if you are looking for glitz or glamour.“

“Delicious food the lunch ribeye sandwich was fantastic.. The onion rings are delicious.. Is fantastic food.. The shift is great.. If you're driving by pull over lots of parking easy access on and off.. I highly recommend it.. A couple doors down another restaurant very delicious.. But the sunset tavern is not a bad spot..Parking: Is handicap and regular parking..lots of it..“

“It was a packed night for live music so service was slow. Not my fav gluten free pizza but decent. Fries were fantastic!! Atmosphere was spot on. Saw Cam Elise in the early live acoustic set and that made the drive worth it. 4.5 stars but there isn't a half ...“

“The first time my co-worker and I went, not the experience I would want for anyone. Early morning is not the best, but hey it is what it is. We regrouped and tried again but this time went back at a more decent hour of the morning. Better than the first time we went and this time the experience was excellent. Food is on point.“
