“One of the most underrated restaurants I’ve been to in awhile! Careful! if you are driving through Boulder City you might miss it!! Great hole in wall Restaurant, great service! friendly staff and the chef/cooks are cooking up 5 star meals! We got garlic butter bites, side salad, cheese ravioli, buffalo chicken ranch pizza and no complaints about ANY of the food and that is hard to come by! We will go back and try different food soon!“
“We always have a great time at Maxx's! Never felt unwelcome, always get friendly service from the bartenders and delicious food from the cooks. The Best Dam White Pizza is my go-to, but all the pizzas are very tasty and come with heaps of toppings. The crust is a thinner style, which we love (if you want pan-pizza this isn't the place), and there are many toppings to choose from. Sandwiches and salads are great too. They have live music and karaoke depending on the night, there's no smoking in the bar, decent selection and prices on drinks. What more do you want?“
“The app is hard to use if you want something special like half & half pizza the only pizza our picky grandson will eat. He is eight and only likes pepperoni. We like everything on ours so I always have to call it in. So I miss out on points and specials.“

“omg - the food was incredible. This family-owned Italian Restaurant is so authentic. I had a special which was handmade pappardelle pasta with shrimp & lobster. The presentation alone was fabulous! Fresh Caesar Salad with shaved Parmesan was perfectly dressed. The bartender is exceptional - best lemon drop martini I ever had.“
“I really need to thank all the delivery drivers for bringing me hot and delicious pizza! One of the biggest things about ordering food for delivery is hoping it going be hot. Every time I’ve had pizza delivered from sunset pizzeria it’s arrived hot. The icing on the pie, the delivery drivers have always been friendly, happy and polite. I think all of the delivery drivers need a big pat on the back and a fat $ tip for doing their jobs! Thank you all at sunset pizzeria for making and delivering great pizza to my home. “It was a packed night for live music so service was slow. Not my fav gluten free pizza but decent. Fries were fantastic!! Atmosphere was spot on. Saw Cam Elise in the early live acoustic set and that made the drive worth it. 4.5 stars but there isn't a half ...“
“This place is awesome ! So glad I stopped in recently. Christopher Lee is an excellent and friendly bartender during late nights. I was so hungry when I went there; after I had tried Hammer’s (which was not open the hours they advertised) And Putter’s ; which also did not have any kitchen staff or food service. I had even gone down to the Pass and it’s restaurants were closed. It was between midnight and one am.Christopher Lee, after discovering that his cook had left ; very kindly offered to make me a chicken sandwich and fries. It was delicious !The atmosphere and music are also very enjoyable and comfortable. And, the machines pay well. I hit 3 7 out of 7’s on the same machine; within 45 minutes !They also have billiards.All around a really fun place for food, drinks, gambling, shooting pool; and enjoying great music.“
“After a nice morning at Lake Meade we stopped here for a late lunch. We got a large pepperoni pizza. It was good but a little bit too greasy for my taste. I got a slice of cheese pizza for my son and he fully enjoyed it. The salad that was enough to share among two people.If you’re in the area and want pizza I highly recommend you come grab a slice here. Hot and cold sandwiches are also offered.“
