“I went to the Cracker Box for the 1st time always wanted to go. I have to say a nice little hole in the wall joint. It is a very small place and you are sitting right on top of people I am sure when it is crowded probably to much for me. The service was excellent on top of their game and very friendly. The food was ok I got the Chilli burger I probably wouldn't get that again. It isn't a place I would go to all the time because I don't like to feel crowded but I would go again and maybe try the breakfast I heard that is good. Go there about an hour before they close and you will be good if you don't like crowds. 1 last thing make sure u bring money it is cash only but they do have an ATM that was cool. I will give it 2 thumbs up 👍 👍“

“Because we were up charged for everything. I ordered a burger that came without mayo or mustard and when I asked for mustard it was an additional .50 my husband asked for blue cheese instead of ranch it was also an additional .50 we ordered a child sized apple juice which was over $5 but the worst part was the service. Our waitress was the worst. She never asked if we needed anything so many things. I took one bite of my burger and it was so nasty. The other guests were nicer than she was. At $175 for our meal our service should have been better. We will certainly pick another restaurant for our next visit to Carson City.“

“Great area , kinda out of town but not quite , the staff where super friendly and polite , they make you feel at home , the good omg is delicious , they cook everything with love , and they are fast with table service .. id definitely recommend this place to anyone else in the area or just traveling through the area ..“

“I came here just for National Cheeseburger Day cause they offered a Bacon Cheeseburger and fries for $8.99, reg priced around $14.00 so such a deal. I got mine take out. I had to wait a bit for my order even though I showed up at the proper time. paid cash and out the back door I go.

I ate in the car, not my usual choice, but I need to be somewhere, so that's that. The burger was decent sized with a 1/2 pound patty it seemed. The fries were a little small on the portion, but I guess it's what fits in the box.

Overall, a decent burger, for the special price, but NO, I'd pass on it at the reg price. I can get a better burger deal at Chili's. But good for National Cheeseburger Day!“

“Review for All American Eatery in Carson City Nugget.I was pleasantly surprised by this delightful eatery. I had been there years ago and had clam chowder in a bread bowl which i remember was good, so i decided to go back. They've remodeled since then and don't have the bread bowl anymore, but i had other foods. I went 3 times in a matter of a few days and each time brought more people with me, who like me love the place.The first thing i want to mention is the fastest service that I've ever seen anywhere. The waiter, Jesse that we had 2 times was excellent and on top of things. The waitress we had the 1st time was good to.They have Mountain Dew, which if you follow my reviews, then you know that's a plus for me. The first time there i had the prime rib, which is something i love to eat everywhere. It was a perfect medium rare and it tasted excellent. The 2nd time was for dessert. They have sundaes and rootbeer floats in a 32 oz mug for only $4.95. The 3rd time i had the chefs salad. Ive never seen one that has more meat then lettuce. They also have thousand island dressing which is another big plus for me, since thats the main dressing that i use. I also tried my wifes fish and chips. The fish was excellent. Not greasy, but tender and flaky. Prob the best that I've ever tasted. They have steak fries which is good.#chefgrubster“

“Our family, five of us thos night, decided to go to dinner and the consensus was to try Betsy's Kitchen. Turned out to be a great choice, the dining room was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was wonderful. I don't have photos for this but I'm sure they're on Google maps.
I would recommend Betsy's Kitchen without reservation to friends, family and anyone reading this review!!“

“Good places to go for dinner“

“Oct 2025 Update - Still one of my favorite places to get breakfast. Prices have risen some but not as bad as other places.

I love Red Hut, everything there tastes great and they've got the best waffle recipe anywhere, hands down... I wish the soda fountain was still open, it was great when it was. Glad my kids moved back to Carson recently, gives me a reason/excuse to go again.“

“My wife and I love the atmosphere and customer service. We frequent often and we adore Barbara, the Hostess/Greeter. All we ask, regarding the coffee, is that you assess the brand and/or water to ground coffee ratio. No where near the quality of surrounding casino coffees. It tends to keep us away for that reason only, lately. Thank you.“
