“Carson Valley BBQ catered last night's volunteer appreciation holiday dinner at the Genoa Fire Department (Station 3). A good time was had by all! Our menu included delicious chicken, salmon, prime rib, plus the associated Caesar Salad, potato salad, beans, and bread. There was plenty of tasty food to go around, even as many heaping plates were observed. Line service by Carson City BBQ staff was efficient and fun. Complimenting the evening was an open bar, music, festive decorations and lots of community friends. All that tasty BBQ certainly added to all this Christmas spirit!“
“Food is great, so is the service and the people. Last time there I ate in, but the meat was dry and tough, so the employee apologized and "hooked me up"! Love the Mac n cheese but wish there was a bit more than just a couple bites. All the meats have great flavor. I live 70 miles one way from their establishment and look forward to having the food. Rarely disappointed. Little pricey, wish there was a bit more food per order, but I will continue to feed my Family when I make my trek to Dickey's.“
“Absolutely delicious food!! Stopped in here after visiting the railroad museum and it was a great choice. Everything tasted so good - even the sides (the beans and cornbread were especially good). Service was fine, nothing outstanding, but everyone we encountered was polite. Prices were about average for portion size.“
