“I could not stop dancing.... our group had a fabulous time celebrating my friends birthday. The band was so fun and engaging. This was their first time playing together and you would of thought they have played together for years. I can not wait to come back. The band was Moxie Rukus. Update: Now that Glen Sr. and others can no longer call the shots regarding when people can start listening to the jukebox and how loud these people can listen to the songs they play, I and I'm sure others can now enjoy listening to our favorite songs that much earlier in the days!!“

“Came here for Happy Hour and was pleasantly surprised. Parking was free and available in a lot across the street. There is ample courtyard seating but I suggest you make reservations beforehand. Ambiance, food, and service were wonderful. Prices are reasonable. Heidi and Eddie waited on us promptly, and Grace made some tasty cocktails. I will definitely come here again.“
“The cocktails here are something more suited to a trendy san Francisco bar than what one might expect for Carson City. Their cocktails are excellent and their selection of spirits is above part for Carson. I would recommend for anyone in Carson looking for an awesome atmosphere and excellent drinks. Live music is a bonus!“
“Timber’s is a fantastic little local pub on a quiet street in Carson City. This is strictly a locals place which. during the day has generally an older clientele. The service is really 1st class and the beer is ice cold! There is no food, but there is fresh popcorn for free. If you want cold beer and a place where no one is going to judge you, this is the place!!!!Parking: Local street parking.“
“One of many local 'dive bars' in Carson City. What sets Ed's Doghouse apart from the rest? A nice, helpful owner and kind staff. Open early on Saturdays so you can watch football. Internet for the customers. And he makes a great Bloody Mary! 5 TVs showing sports with sound on, balanced, so as not to disturb others on a different TV. The one star missing is due to aesthetics and comfort only. Could use a makeover but that's a minor quibble and not different from all the other local dives.“
“I like 2 shoot Pool at Remedy's. It is usually busy on the weekends late at night. Their bartenders are friendly as are their Customers & the Owners are terrific people who work hard & are hands on. I have a good time here. Most of my friends do not shoot pool nor go out late at night where as I'm use to late hours so when I go out to shoot Pool I'm usually by my self. I'm an older woman & there are very very few of us who go out late at night, even fewer who shoot Pool so that's 2 strikes against me Yet I do not let that stop me from doing what I love to do so long as i'm able to. Life does not need to be restrictive just because you become older. What has surprised me is how nice the younger people have been that I run into there are always . I can usually find someone to shoot pool & I like the music here. I feel comfortable going here by myself. There's a Juke Box filled with many different types of music, a dart board & a pin ball game.“
