Employees are great. I spoke with an Asian boy who was friendly and a girl who was helpful with the kiosk. When I questioned about the portion size, the girl replied "that's how we make it". I could tell she probably hears that all day long. The restaurant was clean, but empty. It's more of a grab and go vibe. As for the food. We're new the Henderson area and trying out some new places! Service: We saw the self service kiosks and decided to use those so we could make our way through menu options and explore a bit. The kiosks themselves are pretty well organized & fairly intuitive to make your way through, but the one we were using crashed and erased our order twice while we were trying to place it. We love Cafe Rio and have been to many different locations. We were so excited to see this location open up close by and have been to it many times since it opened. Sadly, we will drive to other locations instead because this one doesn’t provide the same standard as other locations. The last few times we were here we bought the grilled chicken salad.
