This location is absolutely my preferred one. I've been coming here, always through the drive thru with my dog, since it opened as I live pretty close. My usual is the iced caramel craze latte and usually a wake-up wrap or the bagel sandwich. I always have service that I am happy with from a variety of the workers I've dealt with! The customer service is very bad. After isolating themselves by using a kiosk, you hope your food and drinks will actually be made as they fill all online and drive thru orders first. Then once you get it the food is not very good. Ugh not going back there.

This damn self service ordering is the death of customer service. Couldn't figure out the menus to order and the donuts you wanted weren't even on the screen requiring me to flag down a worker to help out. 5 min later and able to pay lol.
