I lived in Houston for 36 years and was a regular at the original Cadillac Bar and Restaurant. Although the Vegas Cadillac is good, it's doesn't compare with the original.Having said that, the food is good. The cheese enchiladas with chili gravy were very good. Super generic and basic Mexican food. Very bland! Bland but yet the price is still up there. Save your money and go have Mexican somewhere else. Vegas has lots to choose from in that category. But you will need to get out of the Golden Nugget. Be brave and venture out!
