And best this is average. The steak is ok. The service is typically Las Vegas in thst you feel taken advantage of. Short skirts and cheesy smiles ok. Overall ok to poor.

Steak is amazing, creamy spinach aswell. Desserts too. Well everything is. Except the fact that steak is served raw in a plate, which is quite confusing, but it's a steakhouse so I guess it does not really matter.Expect high prices though (like super high).Glad I did not pay ?

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in The Cut Las Vegas. We took our mother to enjoy birthday her dinner this evening and it was a huge mistake. We were given a seating time of 8:45 pm but they didn't seat us until 9:10pm. We ended up calling The Delmonico Restaurant and they seated us immediately and were so accommodating. I don't know why the lack of customer service and the nonchalant attitude that took place at The Cut, but we will not be back. They need to do better. What a disappointment.

When I say red carpet rollout exactly what I mean this is a great atmosphere great place all the food was phenomenal. The burgers were a little overpriced for the flavor but they were still well-made. Try the 25 year old bourbon while I was there and it was to die for, the chef for the night did a wonderful job. all the food was beautifully prepared. Service and presentation was immaculate definitely going back soon.

I've had better steak and better service for less $$$. Nothing about it was bad; my 8oz filet was cooked perfectly to medium rare just like I ordered. However, it simply wasn't especially tasty. I'm not a chef or a foodie and I've made a better steak on a cast iron skillet at home. Side dish was ok, drink was ok, service was acceptable; everything was just mediocre. No desire to return.

Wolfgang Puck's steak restaurant.Although he is not popular in Japan because of his lackluster taste, he is doing his best in America by changing his business style. It's a high-end steakhouse inside a palazzo, so it's always busy, but the food is average. Not worth the price. It's also worrisome that all the staff members, starting with the snobbish manager, are looking down on us. At a restaurant like this, you'll probably get a pretty good tip, so it can't be helped. The only saving grace was that the reception staff provided very polite service. I would have liked to have tipped them more than the table staff who were so rude.

Review for a visit a few years ago. Everything was just great. The Olive Fed Wagyu was definitely worth the splurge.

Very disappointed by our experience at this restaurant. We booked 4 weeks in advance at a specific time because we had a tight schedule and a show booked, but we ended up waiting for our table past our reservation. Upon inquiring about the time, the hostesses showed attitude and openly showed their annoyance. The kitchen messed up the order on 2 of our steaks, giving me rare and the other guest medium well. Despite both ours not being cooked according to our liking, we only sent 1 back, not wishing to make a fuss. We even apologized for the inconvenience despite it being THEIR mistake (again, 2 of our steaks were incorrectly cooked but we only sent 1 back). But since we were paying +100$ each, we wanted at least one done correctly. The most disappointing part of this experience, which is why I’ve felt the need to leave a google review, was the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff. We heard our waiter, Shawn, who we initially thought was very kind, and the hostesses, badmouthing us as we were walking by to exit.I would strongly suggest management speak to their staff about at least waiting until the customers leave before they gossip about them. It felt very discriminatory and disrespectful and we absolutely will never return to one of Wolf Gang Pucks restaurants because of this behaviour from the staff, which ruined our otherwise lovely family dinner.

We took clients to dinner! They raved about everything from the tableside "Old Fashion" service to the steaks and sides, to dessert. Everything was top-notch!
