I love this location! The people there are actually helpful and will assist you if you need to use coupons. The food quality is good and the restaurant is very clean. This is the best Pollo Loco I found in the Las Vegas area yet.
For a long time I was a satisfied customer but since I arrived in Las Vegas I have had the bad experience that the chicken they have given me is always more than golden brown rather burnt I am sorry I will not visit these places again I hope they improve their service to other

It was my first time and I did the drive-thru. Service was good except I didn't really order what I wanted and I felt like they could have clarified it with me. I ordered the double chicken thinking I was getting the newest double chicken tostada and instead of got the salads. So it was really disappointing but overall not their fault.
