Firehouse Subs in Las Vegas

“I ordered two meatball subs and asked for the meatballs to be on the side so that the sandwiches wouldn't go soggy on my way home. I didn't catch the guys name but he went above and beyond he put the meatballs in the side and added in extra cheese to melt on later and even put our seasonings in a small cup so we could sprinkle them on. He said he wanted to make sure he did it right because no one wants a soggy sandwich. most people would just throw it together but you can tell he truly cared. the sandwich was also delicious :)“

“They order things and pay with gift certificates, but they didn't know how to use them. The first time she was friendly, she was embarrassed and angry with me. It's not my fault... I like the sandwich here, but maybe it's because of my clumsiness in opening it. I was disappointed because the sandwich was so wet.“

“I’ve only tried this place once and being pregnant and super picky this place did not disappoint so we decided to come inside and eat. They’re super busy which makes sense because the food is GREAT! We were patient and greeted by I’m not sure if he’s a busser or something but Rick was SO SWEET and went above and beyond and gave my daughter a little hat. Shannon then took our order and was the sweetest person ever. From the moment we walked in until we finished our food all i can say is this place is a 10/10 and don’t let these past reviews keep you from coming in and trying a great sub! “This is the only firehouse we patronize. There is one 1.5 miles from my house, and I drive an extra ten minutes to use this one. I think it has something to do with the owner hiring people who can read and follow directions. Sandwiches are always made properly and taste outstanding. I only took a star off of atmosphere because cell phone signals do not work in this store. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get a message sent while you are anywhere near this location, so be ready for a black-out zone.“

“Firehouse is awesome. One of my favorite sub restaurants. I went with my parents since I was in town visiting them and then did mess up on my mom's meal but they fixed it and made it right! We all left happy and with a full belly. They don't have a firehouse subs where I live so I have to stop anytime I'm in town. Awesome thanks again!“

“First time trying firehouse today and man I wish I would’ve tried them long ago … I placed my order through Uber eats.. I got the hook and ladder sub and everything was good and fresh… I just wish they gave an option through the apps to add other toppings etc. but other than that everything still tasted great… they packaged it well “

“I do love using their app. You get points and when they add up you get free sandwiches. So if you go often, I'd recommend downloading that. The sandwiches are always delicious. The service is always fast. You can mobile order through the app and choose a pick up time. The earliest being 15 minutes. There have been a few times where they didn't add the pickle on the side, which is a household favorite around here... so that's been occasionally disappointing. On a brighter note, I really love how a percentage of the money made goes toward the purchase of life saving equipment to first responders and public safety organizations. You can't feel bad about that! I have also seen kids get cute, red, plastic firefighter hats upon request. That makes the experience so fun. I usually get the turkey bacon ranch and my husband loves the Italian. Their chips are yummy too.“

“My kids were getting hangry and they couldn't agree on what to eat, so I saw this Firehouse while driving by and I settled it for them. My son got his usual grilled cheese kids meal, and my daughter got the steak & cheese sub. Both liked their food. The staff was ok, but they didn't seem warm and friendly. The tables and chairs also could've been cleaner. Close to UNLV Campus, it's a great location for hungry students. Yelp also offers a $7 combo for checking in... but this offer is just for UNLV Students only. I'd come back again.“

“I used to be a big firehouse subs fan until (this was a few years ago) they started reducing the amount of meat on their sandwiches. I'm proud to say they changed their ways. I usually get the hook and ladder. This is ham, turkey, and cheese. One of best parts of their subs is they come in between hot and cold melting the cheese and warming up the entire sandwich. Delicious!The ingredients for the sub are always fresh. Their bread always seems like its freshed backed. Out of all the sandwich shops I think they have the best meats. The sandwiches can be a bit pricey but with the quality and amount of food I think its worth it.“

“I walked in coming from the place next-door because my family didn't want what I was eating so I decided to get firehouse subs. I walked in at 8:55. One of the employees was mopping the floor. I walked in. She turns around and gives me this dirty look and says we close at nine OK so I said are you guys closed and she slams her mop down and walks in the back and continues to talk mess and cuss never been treated like this at A business like this so a few minutes later i call and ask to get the general manager number she answered the phone and I asked for the general manager and she hangs up on me clearly this business as a business owner my self needs new employees. This is highly unacceptable. wow is all can sayedit : I would like to formally think the owner for following up she handled this situation with professionalism although my intent wasn’t to get anyone fired I do appreciate her the owner Veronica following up promptly and let me know how the situation was handled The least I was trying to do was reach out to the owner as a business owner also of how paid worker was treating customers! I will be back and try again thank you to the owner for making things right!“
