Do not pass this place up! This little gem is inside Plaza Hotel Downtown and it was amazing! I visited twice during my trip and each time the ingredients were fresh and the employees were absolutely amazing. It is a "Chipotle" style restaurant where you can get whatever ingredients you want and customize your bowl/burrito/nachos/whatever. Hidden away in a corner of the Plaza Hotel/casino food court is the Fresh Mexican Grill. I visited it twice so far while staying at the Plaza.The food is excellent, fresh, and healthy! I tried the tacos grandes (comes with rice and beans) and chose the carnitas meat. Zit een beetje weggestopt in een hoekje in de hotel. Ook voor niet hotelgasten beschikbaar. Wel even zoeken wat alles precies betekende, maar met behulp van de medewerker kwamen we er wel uit. Het eten smaakte goed en was ook behoorlijk veel.
