?? I got a value meal of Grilled Pork Liempo (1 Serving) with chicken bbq. I'm a little disappointed because I got the smallest liempo that was out. The lady who served had a very nasty attitude towards me, when I was asking questions.
Arrived and I was the only other customer besides someone who has already being rung out. 4 people behind the counter including the person ringing out. No greeting or acknowledgement. Watched the staff just doing food prep. 3 other potential customers lined up behind me and left because the wait was too long. Another member of the staff who was in the kitchen saw me and even mentioned to one of the staff behind the counter that there is a customer waiting in. Still ignored me....read full review

Customer service here is awful. I came at 3:30 pm (no rush observed) I waited 15 mins for new lumpia to be fried (they promised me 7-10), but when I tried to ask for status—no one acknowledged me. The kept walking away talking and laughing. I waited to get help so finally at 17 mins, they said it hasn’t been fried yet!!? Whoever took my order didn’t follow through.
